Loved this chair. It's big and very sturdy and comfortable. I love that I can lean back and just fall asleep while watching a movie. I recommend buying it. It's very easy to assemble. There aren't a ton of cracks and crevasses for things to get stuck in, so it's easy to clean. It also looks cool and not so much like a gaming chair. I would buy it again.

I was in search of a new office chair that would keep me comfortable for long hours, and I’ve finally found the perfect one! The wide seat is so spacious, and the high back provides fantastic support for my entire back. As someone who spends hours at the desk, this chair has made a huge difference. The footrest is a game-changer—perfect for relaxing during my breaks or even when I’m just listening to a podcast. Plus, assembly was super simple! It’s sturdy, comfortable, and looks great in my home office. If you need a comfortable, ergonomic chair, this is the one.

Had a problem with a part on the chair. Witch was resolved very fast by contacting seller. Seller sent new part. Now working perfectly fine. Will definitely recommend them to everyone. We'll done!

Got this chair to replace an older office chair I got from work when we stated working from home. It reclines smoothly and almost fully (o mean you are practically laying down). The foot rest is very sturdy downs not bend when I stretch my legs over them. The only thing I didn’t like is not being able to adjust the arm rest up or down, but it’s thr trying chair I got. Overall very easy to assemble, comfortable and the base is metal and not those hard plastic.

First one of these we bought was easy to assemble, with good instructions. Since instructions were in both English and German, this seemed to us to be a German company of quality. Very comfy and roomy chair. We were so impressed, we bought another.The second one we bought had some issues. For one of the sliding mounts for the footrest, the two screws went in easily, but then just stopped tightening and freewheeled, so we couldn't get them in nor out. And the footrest was missing a screw that should have been in the preassembled part. But after we had the chair fully assembled, we decided to keep the chair despite the loose footrest. We were disinclined to put in for a refund because of the hassle, particularly trying to disassemble the large object and re-package it, and with the one part that could not be disassembled because of the stuck freewheeling screws.Obviously responding to my previous review of frustration, the company reached out to me, to enquire what they could do to fix the situation for me. They were extremely pleasant and accomodating, and I felt satisfied by the solution. This encounter left me with the impression of them of being a company with a high ethic of customer service and which strives for quality in affordable products. I would buy from them again.

This char is amazing. A very base and simple sentence, but oh so true. This was my 2nd ergonomic chair, and It blew the one I got to experience at work out of the water.Pros:* Mad Comfortable* Back Feels great now* footrest is surprisingly strong* vibrating pillow good for laying on* Sturdy* ACTUALLY ERGONOMIC. YOU'D be surprised how many lieCons:* The setup was kind of annoying. I know this sounds entitled, but it is 2021, use stronger magnetic tips on your screws* The pillows are useless in regards to the chairWould give 4 1/2 cause of EoA, but hey, 5 > 4 imo :) It deserves 5 over 4!

Assembly instructions were as good as can be expected. Assembly wasn't overly difficult considering that this is my 4th or 5th computer/office chair assembly. The seat thickness is nice and makes it very comfortable. A little additional padding could be used on the tubular sections of the front of the seat. Sitting in it for longer periods of time was a bit uncomfortable on the thighs in the beginning but that isn't a problem not that I have gotten used to the seat. The adjustments for the arm rests are pretty good with sufficient height and the three position (in, straight and out) are good as the height adjustment. the different positions that the back can be locked to are good although I do wish that you could rock it back and forth some. I'm not a great fan of the neck pillow but only because there is little you can do to adjust its position. The lumbar support is better than I expected it to be. The vibration feature for the lumbar support doesn't work and never has but I don't find that to be an issue. Unnecessary bells and whistles. I'm not fond of the casters for a couple of reasons. Two narrow wheels on each caster giving the appearance of a wider wheel and making it difficult to move after a bit on my old, beat up plastic pad. A single wheel that is the width that the caster is made to appear to be would be much better. Saving the worst for last. You need to be damned sure of the position of the chair and where your butt is going to contact the seat when you go to sit in it. If you are in a little bit of a hurry or sit forward away from the back, you stand a chance of getting dumped. While the chair appears to be well centered and correctly balanced it isn't. The center of gravity appears to be centered at least a couple of inches forward of where you would expect it to be. It dumped me once when I was in a hurry and not paying attention. The leg/foot support is not a big deal for me because I don't expect to use it very often. It does work and after getting positioned to the proper back angle, is surprisingly comfortable. It does tend to creep forward with time and has to be pushed back into its storage position. Aside from the caveats mentioned, I think it is a great chair. I like it overall.
