Product Description

aluminum aluminum welding wire

Introduction of aluminum welding rods

When using on aluminum alloy, please use a spray gun with good heating efficiency

Aluminum aluminum flux cored welding rod Application: Used for aluminum parts (cannot be dissimilar to each other), without the need for additional flux during welding

Directly perform welding operations without adding welding powder, with good fluidity and firm solder joints

Product specifications:

Material: Aluminum silicon,

Color: Silver,

Working temperature: 550 ° C

Diameter: 1.6mm/0.06“

Instructions for using low-temperature aluminum aluminum welding wire:

aluminum welding rods

Step 1: Through physical cleaning, polishing the surface, cleaning the oil ester on the surface of the welded material, and using a steel or copper brush to remove the plating layer, rust, paint, oil stains, oxides, and other coatings

aluminum brazing rods

Step 2: Heat the surface of the base material at the welding point (please do not directly burn the welding rod) until the temperature reaches the working temperature of the welding wire of 550 degrees. Only then can the welding rod be heated together, so that the welding seam can be formed by melting the welding rod through the thermal conductivity of the base material. Only when the surface temperature of the base material is sufficient, can the welding wire flow and penetrate well into the capillary of the metal.

Step 3: When repairing thin aluminum parts, simply heat the aluminum base material to the appropriate working temperature, and then use welding wire to rub and melt back and forth to form a weld seam. Only use a golden brush to fill the molten welding wire at the welding site to form a weld seam.

Pay attention to details during operation

Precautions for Aluminum Aluminum Welding Wire Work

Application of aluminum aluminum flux cored electrode

Direct welding operation, no need to add welding powder, good fluidity, and firm solder joints

Scope of application

Product Description: Low temperature aluminum aluminum welding wire can weld white metals such as aluminum, aluminum alloys, aluminum magnesium alloys, etc.

Suitable for beginner welding operators to perform all-round welding, as long as the heating device is efficient enough, the strength of the welded joint after welding should generally be higher than the hardness of the base material, and understanding the welding operation is sufficient.

Not all they are cracked up to be. Not as easy as they make them look

bought these almost a year ago... finally tried it today. Won't melt consistently and sticks to nothing. Even the balls that did melt fell right off the metal. Total garbage. And I really needed this product to work. Too late to get my Money back.

No matter what process I used the rods just crumbled under the heat and what did flow didn't grab

Horrible product. It does not work like they say. a torch does not heat up the steel enough. All that melts is the rod and it clumps in balls.

Didn't work like they were supposed to I didn't have instructions. I know I'm supposed to use a special brush but it didn't work. It didn't fill the holes
