And not one of the 4 bits has worn out. Excellent performance from an inexpensive drill bit. I switched out bits after each hole - so by the time I needed to drill the 5th hold, the first bit had cooled off - this prolongs the bit life. Would buy again.

These 5/32 Inch masonry drill bits are ideal for concrete walls, as I found in my basement project. The 12-pack set, designed for concrete, cement, brick, and stone, features a 3-flat shank for stability and a 3-inch length.

I am redoing my chicken pen/coop. After losing my flock to raccoons I am doing everything possible to make it secure.I wanted to attach a couple boards to the house. I tend to spend a lot of time reading reviews before I decide what to get.Once I settled on my anchors I knew I wanted extra masonry drill bits. The reviews on these made up my mind. These bits put others to shame! My anchors came with a bit, I wish I had thrown it away. After fighting to get two holes drilled I switched to one of these. I am not exaggerating when I say these bits went into the brick better than the other one went into the mortar. I thought I had been lucky & the brick was a ‘dud’, nope, the same bit drilled three more holes just as easily.
