Use the cutter a handful of times. 10 days past warranty and the screw that holds the cutter snapped off. The screw is struck inside the tool. Should have bought a better brand and better warranty.

I got this for my boyfriend who works for the railroad. He said it's amazing! No more slicing with a knife. You just line up where you want to cut and turn the wheel about 4 times. Definitely a safer, and easier option!

I just started using the 53725 Armored and BX Cable Cutter and I'm truly impressed with it. This tool has greatly simplified my work as someone who frequently handles armored, BX, and MC cables. Whether cutting through 3/16" or 1/2" wires, the 2.0 blade does it with smoothness and effortlessly. The blade storage option is a great touch base because I often misplace extra parts, and the design is really easy to build. It has a good grip and feels quite solid in my hand. It had become a staple in in my toolbox. It has great functionality and I think the value for the money is very good with my purchase. The blades are sharp enough to get the job done. I am very happy with this and would recommend it to everyone.

Product arrived super fast. My husband works with cable daily and I ordered this for him. He’s constantly cutting his hands with razor blades and this tools eliminates that problem. Super easy to use. It comes with one blade which is super sharp and appears to be long lasting. Just place the cable where you want to cut and give the handle a few turns and it’s done. Couldn’t beat the price compared to other products. Completely worth its value.

Can't imagine wiring with metal sheathed wire without this tool!!!!! mark where you want to cut it, place it in the tool, line up your mark with the pin, squeeze and turn the crank 3-4 times, remove, twist the casing and you're done.... took me longer to type this then to do it using the tool. Very heavy duty construction and I see this lasting a very long time. Comes with one cutting disc which is lasting very long.

Needed to install some metal clad cable for an electrical project. Saw many videos online of electricians using wire cutters and tin snips to cut the flex cable, but this works way faster and you don't run the risk of cutting into the wires. Definitely worth the money.Do keep in mind that you'll still need tin snips to remove the sharp corner of the cut cable and some "red devil" wire protectors to prevent wire chafing.
