The Fourtry 594062 Replacement Recoil Starter Assembly is all plastic, but appears to be durable plastic. It has a strong recoil spring and quality pull rope. Good Recoil Starter Assembly For The Money. I give the Recoil Starter Assembly 4 out of 5 stars simply, because I have not installed it yet.

Replaced my Troy original recoil perfectly.Has a good solid cord and pull handle that is comfortable to hold when pulling.Seem to,be good quality and should last as long or longer than the original.Good value and I would order again!
