Coil was defective because it is shorted internally. The grounding terminal should not have continuity to the base. Also there was no protective sleeve as was shown in the picture. I highly recommend that you purchase another brand.

The coil was not just like the one listed. The wire did not have the insulation and part numbers were not printed on the Coil as shown. The biggest problem was small terminal that kills engine doesn't work. The replacement coil had same problem.
