No specific instructions for water dispenser leaked entire content all over floor no troubleshooting instructions for water dispenser. No customer service phone number. Email provided, but came back delivery demon would not recommend this product.

It was great in portions, refilling the water, and with the scheduling aspect of it. But, I put new batteries in and within 48 hours it said they needed to be replaced. When I plugged it in, it worked just fine but something to think about before purchasing.

Water won't stop filling just over flows. Tried every single trouble shooting method mentioned but leaks from the bottom or just fills up till it over flows every time. Save yourself the trouble.

Used the batteries instead of the plug in, said it would last up to 180 days, lasted less than 1 week and it said the batteries was low.

Very nice actually, quite good quality, shipped and package well, cable and usb charging block are good quality, dispenses food quietly, led light illuminating the water reservoir is cool!
