Best dog feeder I have had it for a while now and absolutely no problems. I love how I can set the meal times and amounts.

We use this feeder for our outdoor cat, and it is perfect. She awaits its siren call (our recorded voices plus the sound of her food hitting the metal bowl) twice a day, and she now acts as if she doesn’t need us. It’s super easy to set up and adjust, and it’s made caring for our cat a breeze.

Worked fine with Purina Puppy chow, but after I moved to dry food with slightly bigger pieces it started jamming and not dispensing food. Can’t say I feel confident in this feeling my dog anymore.

I purchased this machine, and I received a used product. It didn’t even come in a PETLIBRO box. The machine was clearly used, with scratches and even animal food residues. Completely unacceptable and disgraceful. Of course, I returned it, and this brand has completely lost its credibility and trust. I will never recommend it.

We purchased 2 of these July of 2024. We have a Chihuahua and a Weimaraner. Our Weim started losing weight and at first we thought it was due to her health conditions liver and kidney disease (she's on prescribed food). But as time went on, she lost more weight and I increased her portions to max of 9 3x a day. According to the instructions, that should =to more than 5 cups a day. After waiting for her food to come out (8 portions) I measured it and I was shocked that 8 potions was about half a cup. We feed her 4 cups of food a day which means we have been feeding her 1 1/2 cups a day!! I'm soo livid. DON'T BUY FOR BIG DOGS!!!

About 6 months ago, I bought 2 of these pet feeders for use with our Jack Russell Terrier and our 42lb mix breed dog. They do the job pretty well, are easy to clean, and we like the battery backup. We're overall satisfied with them but might shop for a different brand if/when we need to replace them for the following reasons. First, for some reason the clocks do not run at the same speed. This causes them to become out of sync at meal times and our little alpha male JRT will help himself to a larger portion size if his meal comes last. So every couple of weeks I have to adjust the clocks to keep the feeders in sync. Second, adjusting the settings isn't the easiest task because you can't see the screen unless your eye level with it. Which means you're laying on the floor or picking up the entire contraption. This isn't really a big deal but it adds to my annoyance with having to adjust the clocks so frequently. Last, it would have been good to know that the max amount of food able to dispense at meal time is not enough for our larger dog. To compensate for a smaller portion size, we had to set up 3 meals a day. Not a big deal but our dogs were used to 2 meals a day. They probably see it as a bonus.

I wanted to keep this but it didn't dump out enough food for my dog. I liked it, it was similar to a Volusa brand I bought for my cat. The problem is I had to use all 4 servings to get 2 cups of food to my dog.He is a 90lb Golden retriever and right now he gets 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup in evening. That's his diet portions. Once gets to his ideal weight I will need to up his portion some and I have this machine maxed out already. It is set to give him 2 meals in the morning, the max 9 portions, and two in the evening, max 9 portions. So I can't increase his portions in the future. If my dog were smaller and ate less food I would keep this.I bought the 6Liter size and that was enough for about 8-9 days of food (2 cups per day). It was large enough for our weeklong vacations. I use these so i don't have to rely on the neighbors, all they have to do is let him out 2-3 times a day.It was easy to program. Just remember when testing and setting the portion finger button, it is only giving 1 portion, my dog's meals were 9 portions. For testing purposes you can set the clock to go off while you are sitting there and watch it dump all the morning's food. Like I said my portions were set for 9 and it kicked out about 1/2 cup, so then I used Meal 2 about 1 minute later to give the other 1/2 cup. Then Meal3 and 4 for the evening meal.Good product, was reliable, easy to program, just doesn't dump out enough food for my dog.

****I am updating my original review because the company reached out and made this right with me. They were very responsive and stood behind their product. Just be sure that your kibble is within the size range this dispenser can accommodate, and if it is bigger, they have another model which will work. I HIGHLY recommend!!My original review: I bought this pet feeder and tested it right away to see that it worked. It dispensed food at the time that it was programmed so I thought it was working properly. After several days of using it my dog was very unhappy and started losing weight. I tested it multiple times and found that it worked when I tested it manually, but it did not dispense the right amount of food when it was programmed for the day. Their customer service was very prompt in replying to my concerns, however, they said that the kibble I feed my dog is too big....it was 0.01" bigger than it should be. They confirmed that it would dispense the food manually but not when programmed. It was past the return window so I am stuck with a very expensive manual pet feeder. Don't assume it is dispensing the right amount of food!
