Shopped around for a new tub for a while, found one we liked in a store for 9100 dollars. Went on Amazon abs got almost the exact one for almost half price.

Arrived with cracks in panels when I called to see what they would do they told me couldn’t find record of sales. Holding back on payment in full and mailing all relevant information to Amazon.!

Says seats 6, but that would be tight, probably four at the most. Liked the color empty,but when filled, water appears murky. Controls are complicated.

I was a little nervous ordering a large item sight unseen but I am very pleased with the way it worked out. First, I was contacted prior to delivery so I could receive documentation prior to arrival, next as the delivery date approached I was again contacted to make sure that the delivery date was still valid. Spa was delivered with no issues and the set-up was easy per the instructions. So far the Spa works as advertised, it is very comfortable, has a large number of jets and was an incredible price.

This is a great hot tub. We received this hot tub in 4 days. Got it hook up with no problem. Used it last night and this morning. It is fabulous. The jets are very strong. We love the waterfall. The jets are very quite also. Would highly recommend this hot tub.

I waited almost 2 months for delivery but it was well worth it. I paid $10k for my last hot tub 15 years ago and this one has better features. The jets are stainless steel, it has an economy mode that is perfect for summer when you don’t want it to be too hot anyway. It has a freeze mode that will run in the winter when the temperature is 44 degrees. It doesn’t have a waterfall but it does have a water feature.The cover was damaged in shipping but amazon was wonderful and gave me a credit to purchase a new one. Delivery was curbside as described but my husband used his backhoe to pick it up and place it on our patio. The color is lovely and we’ve had many compliments. We couldn’t be happier with this spa.

I would give a 5 star rating except for the extreme poor quality of the manual. The two main things wrong with it are, 1) No diagrams with parts identified which are often referred to in text and 2) Incomplete instructions for use of the controls.In regards to # 1, how does one identify a Slice Valve? What does it look like when it's in the UP position? I had to go to You Tube to find out.We accidentally set the tub to SL (sleep mode). The instructions don't say how to switch between modes (DOWN + LIGHT button). There is no mention of this in the instructions. Kinda crucial.The tub itself works very well. The jets are fairly strong in HIGH mode. It's nice looking and comfortable to lie/sit in, for the most part (you tend to float out of position when sitting and there are no grab-holds under the water). Nice color and very solid construction. We're fairly heavy and feel quite comfortable standing in any part of the tub without fear of breaking through the fiberglass. I like that the lights go off after 2 hours if you forget to turn them off. The jets go off in 20 minutes - would be nice to be able to go longer. Controls are simple to use, once you try them a bit. The 'waterfall' units are somewhat useless - just two arcs of water (as out of a garden hose) with no interest for us. We wonder if there are attachments available to controls the stream a little?
