Nearly 3 months after purchasing the ice bath became defective. Upon contacting the company, they immediately and pleasantly. Sent us a replacement tub. We are very happy with their customer service and have high hopes for this new model.

I used this product for a week before it broke. The fabric around the drain spigot ripped and while customer service was responsive at first they completely stopped responding after the first few days and would not respond to follow ups.

I do like this product but I have to keep refilling every other day because of a slow leak somewhere. I just got this and am disappointed. Also the pump it came with was broken at the tip so I couldn’t blow it up. I had to get a new pump.

After I set up the ice tube for 1 week and only used it once, the side panel just ripped open.Very poor quality.I am simply disappointed with this product and cannot understand the good reviews.Catastrophic quality!In addition, the drain valve was not watertight, even though I had screwed it on as tightly as possible.I advise against buying it

I was excited to get this, I set it up, ( very poor directions) filled it up with water. And the thing leaks from multiple points as it says it won’t do in the description. Now I have 100+ gallons of water to find something to do with/waste because if i don’t I’ll have water damage in the basement

Our 5’9”, 160 lb. son used this product for one month without a problem. Then on day 30, he went outside to find the seam split up the side and water was gone. I have tried to call customer service four different times only to get a busy signal each time. I also attempted to submit a complaint to the manufacturer through Amazon twice and I got a response back that it was invalid. Very disappointed.
