We attempted to add training wheels and found out the rear axle is made of cheap aluminum and the threads stripped after about 2km of riding and one of the training wheels fell right off while my son was riding full speed. Good thing he was well armored, a few tears but no injuries. I would add pictures but it's been in the shop for the last few months while they try and figure out how to replace the threads because it's too thin to dig them deeper and it's aluminum so welding onto it isn't very easy. And it's apparently integral to the motor and not replaceable without replacing the whole motor. I'm really wishing i had returned it instead of choosing to have it repaired. It looks great, rides great, but i wouldn't recommend it because i don't see it handling very many flat tires before the axles strip and it becomes dangerous to ride. We got 5-6 rides out of it in total, but only one ride after putting the training wheels on. And i'm not a strong guy, i don't think i should even be physically capable of over torquing the axle nuts on any bicycle. I'll update this when it's finally fixed, but the repairs might end up costing nearly as much as the bike. :-(I do NOT recommend this bike.

Ce n’est pas un stacycs, une des vitesse ne fonctionne pas mais pour 200$ c’est correct

Bought this for my son, he rode it around for a while. Absolutely loved it. Good speed. Perfect for a kid that wants try his hand in the motocross world. Affordable. My issues are as followed. The tires kept going flat. We just rode on the street. They didn’t hold air very well. I bought some heavy duty tubes and that fixed the issue. Second issue is the bike just turned off and will not work anymore. I contacted then company directly and they were responsive and sent me a new throttle, brake and controller. I installed all of these and nothing worked. Took it to a local electronics guy here in my city and he told me the internal wiring is fried. No good. He said it’s cheaper to buy a new one.Contacted company again and they. Said the bike was still under warranty and agreed to send another bike. I was extremely happy about that but now they will not return any emails. Radio silence. So I’m assuming I’m just S-O-L. It sucks cause my 3 year old love this bike. And they said they would get him another bike sent out and now nothing. Will update if I hear back from them!Updated:4/21/25Just got a new bike in the mail!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The brake wire is completed ripped out of where it is supposed to be connected upon unboxing. Was supposed to be a gift for my 3 year old birthday today and he can't even take it out. Terrible quality control, the wires should be a bit longer so this somehow doesn't happen between manufacturing and delivery

We have had this bike since Christmas 2023. It gets ridden every day by a 3 year old and it is his absolute favorite.CS Review: Recently, it wouldn't turn on, so naturally we hit up customer service for recommendations to fix or replace. We received an almost immediate email back with our first steps to fix it, after the initial email, we receive one or two emails a day with new steps to fix. Some emails promised a new part, which must've been sent immediately because each part that we received was at our house within 2-3 days. This was the easiest customer service we have ever dealt with. They were on top of communication until the bike was fixed like new.BIKE Review: This bike is solid. It has the perfect levels of speed for a timid toddler or a crazy one like mine. Very easy to learn and will easily becoming your toddlers favorite toy. My three year old is very small for his age and this bike will fit him for a couple years minimum!

This bike as been loads of fun for our 3 y/o. Coming from a balance bike, it was little effort to get him going on this new bike. The only issue is the rubber grommet for the speed paddle, it comes off really easy. The speeds are perfect for his age. The 3rd speed/highest did scare him at first because it does pick up pretty quick. we keep it at the 2nd level most of the time for now. the 1st level is too slow for him now.Battery last all week which is impressive. The bike has an auto shut off that alerts you when it does turn off which is a great feature as well. Well worth the money! make sure your kiddos where a helmet, this does get up and go, it isn't a power wheel.

Update- 5th Wheel reached out to me after my review and was very persistent about fixing the issue! I had a pleasant experience with everyone I communicated with! Even after the slight inconvenience I would still recommend 5th wheel.Received this bike about a week ago, it worked great and our son LOVED it! It has been very well taken care of, never mishandled or left outside but all of a sudden it has stopped accelerating- even with a fully charged battery. The display screen is working and shows that the battery is full and the speed setting is on 3 but will not accelerate. This is very disappointing, especially because my 3 year old is obsessed and rides all day long.

UPDATE: Company had sent out a new bike (this is the third one) and it has finally worked just fine, brake works and throttle doesn’t abruptly switch. The two I had received previously must have been a similar manufacture lot number maybe with defects. No issues at all with the new bike and we’ve been enjoying it for weeks. Most glaring issue is that the brake does nothing at all, just a cosmetic lever on the handle. Returned one bike and the second had the same issue. The first one briefly worked after a wreck, but the throttle and brake levers had reversed, when they switched back the brake stopped working again. The replacement bike hasn’t had a working brake at all, seems like definite quality control and wiring issues. Definitely a safety hazard and won’t be going anywhere but some park and field areas with it to learn. That being said, the bike otherwise is amazing so I still give it three stars even without a brake. My son has been able to get up to the fast speed after 4-5 days of use and he’s 3.5years old. It’s developed balance really quickly and he’s getting confident on it, I’ll definitely have to switch him to something else before he’s 5 because he’s gonna want an upgrade. We’ve hD fun outdoors with it for over a week now.UPDATE: replacement bike also switches brake and throttle from time to time, and completely stops taking input and requires restarting frequently. Going to return this one as well and get money back for another product

Five star for exceptional customer service! Admittedly we had an issue with the first one we bought, they were happy to take a return and send us another that has worked flawlessly. Exceptional communication on the return and ready purchase from this vendor! Highly recommend this seller for their customer service and standing behind their product!

I normally never write reviews good or bad but this product deserves an immediate review. It’s my belief that this product should be a complete recall as it almost cost my son his life! While riding around my quiet neighborhood street my son who had already demonstrated great ability on his k8, ran straight off the cul-de-sac and into a yard before crashing. He was not injured and when I asked him what happened he told me the bike would not stop. I didn’t understand this till a few days later when I was riding my bike next to his k8. We were approaching a busy 40mph street and I could see he was not slowing down. I yelled and yelled with desperation in my voice for him to stop. He then yelled back “I can’t”! We crossed the busy road together and by the grace of God there was no cars crossing. I peddled next to him and saw that his thumb was completely off the throttle yet the bike continued at full throttle. I told him to hold the power button off and that was the only way we got the bike to stop. Insanely dangerous! Till this point I believed the bike to be an awesome learning tool but please learn from my lesson.
