These are very heavy and solid, but not smooth on opening and closing. A little heavy forwhat I was looking for. But good deal.

they're dirty, they're cheap, but they're not cheap at what they do. toss the bag and wipe them down with some oil. be gentle, don't crank the screw till it strips or throw them across the shop and they will do exactly what they're meant to do. now i don't have to guess, i know exactly how far apart 2 holes are. they will be stiff at first, but they wear in good after you clean them and use them a bit.

In all my years of buying tools I have never seen anything this poorly made... this was obviously made on the side of the road somewhere... save your time guaranteed return... I don't know what else to tell you do not buy.
