These are the ones to buy. They are as good as any ramekins I've used in the past and they are priced appropriately.

The few that survived are great. They were packed well but they were broken in the protective packing.

First off, these ramekins came so well wrapped and packaged. A lot of care was put in to make sure they don't get damaged in transit. The reason for 4 stars is that they seem a bit thin than I expected. Perhaps that will help make things cook faster in the oven. As far as size since it's for 6 oz, these ramekins are not too tall. I think they would be great for creme brulee or pudding. I'm not sure if souffles will work out great, but I'll have to try them out. I do wish there was more weight and heft to them to make them more sturdy.

These arrived smaller than I’d imagined them but that’s my fault. They’re about the size of a muffin; I was thinking I’d make individual egg bakes or oatmeals in them but they’re probably too small for that. I’m sure I’ll find other uses for them.Regardless, if you want small soufflé cups these are well made and a good price for so many of them. I like them!

I've found my new go-to baking essentials! The size is perfect for individual dessert servings, soups, or appetizers. They're also ideal for baking small portions of cakes, custards etc.These bowls look and feel like premium-quality porcelain, unlike cheaper china materials. I'm always needing small containers at work. Either to heat a small amount of something in the microwave, or for guacamole or sauces (like my salsa - salsa on a plate just doesn't work with tortillas! I spend all my time chasing it around the plate), and these ramekins fit the bill nicely.They are a good size, and feel like they are well made. There are no markings on the bottom, so to make sure they were safe in the microwave, I did my standard test (put a microwave safe container with 1 cup of water in the microwave, and then put the empty ramekin next to it, and turn the microwave on high for 1 minutes). The ramekin passed with flying colors (it came out of the microwave cool).They may work great in a regular oven, but I probably won't be trying it, since these are perfect for me at the office.
