For an inexpensive set of calipers, this does an excellent job. I use them for wood turning, where they get some pretty rough use and they fit the bill perfectly.

Wow! I cant believe the value! All these matching measuring tools for such a price. I use these tools for drawing and sculpting as well as light machine work. There are nicer, tidier, better polished sets out there for way more money but I think these are fully functional and will last a lifetime for an insanely low price.

I actually placed these pieces metal in to my trash can. I don't think I could allow such of an excuse for a tool to be near my assortment of tools.

You get what you pay for. Great Price but not really top quality. The tools are functional and great for teaching my son how to use them. I'll get a better set after that.

I really only needed the inside spring calipers to duplicate clearances inaccessible with a ruler or even with the inside points of my digital slide caliper. I bought the set because I could get all these "tools" for the price of the inside spring calipers. I had no illusions that I would be getting accurate measuring tools for pennies.The rulers--especially the one divided into 1/64 inch increments--are OK and have been of some use to me in my project (restoring/customizing an old English motorcycle), and the dividers and outside spring calipers might come in handy some day. But the slide calipers are worse than a child's toy and went right in the trash.You get what you pay for, usually, and these are worth exactly what I paid for them. They are not precision tools; but the work OK if you only needed roughly accurate distances.

The caliper is pretty poor quality, the numbers and markings are so roughly pressed on the base steel that it seems too much pressure was exerted or the mold was dull. Also, the measure tape (shown in the picture and described as "6'' stainless steel ruler with pocket clip" never got there, it was AWOL from the package. Still, the other tools seem to be OK but time will tell, and the price is decent. In fact, the description in main page mentions only 5 tools, not 6 as announced, but the picture shows 6. It is confusing or I am missing something.I would have gone with 3+ stars but this is not available, so 4 stars.
