I like the 2 pockets. I use it for my keycard for work. It's hard to get off, over my wrist. Might just have to break it in. Let the material stretch.

These were a waste of money!!! They were false advertisement. The pocket so small. You coukdnt put a phone in it. Which was what it ssid!

These have a flap on one side (for your phone) and a zipper on the other side (for keys and money).I am a female with small arms. With my iPhone in the pocket side, it fit me snuggly, and I could not put anything else into it nor pull it up onto my bicep.It's perfect for me, but if you're a large person, these may be too small for you to carry your phone in it.

Small diameter makes it hard to put on for adult male. Cannot carry a card but good for keys. Would rather have paid less and received one since it is of no use to me.

I use this for my insulin pump when my infusion set os in my arm, easy to access if I need to see my blood sugar in the night. It’s actually easier to access then the running belt I have always used.

It is not big enough to hold a phone. But I did not buy it for that purpose so I am OK with that. It is not easy to get credit cards in-and-out of the zippered pouch. It seems to be made well just does not function well. It would be good if you didn't want to get in-and-out of it all the time
