This is a decent tripod for very basic use. It's pretty much entirely plastic besides parts of the legs. I personally wouldn't trust it with a DSLR with heavy lenses, but it will work just fine for compact cameras, mirror less, or small DSLR's. The one good thing about it being mostly plastic is that it's super light weight. Compared to my professional Bogen all metal tripod it weighs absolutely nothing. The accessories it comes with are great. You get a decent amount for the money it costs. It comes along with a Bluetooth trigger button for phones, it works well for my Motorola Android phone. I believe all it is doing is pressing the volume down button, not sure if this will work on iOS. The phone mount holds a phone securely and is a nice addition. The tripod does have a little bit of play even when the adjustment knobs are locked down, but this is to be expected for this level of tripod. Overall for the money it's decent!

Unexpected level of quality from a sub $20 purchase. Firstly this is well designed, built & packaged, honestly on a whole level above what $20 should buy you in today's world. I use things with this sort of telescopic articulation every day in my work as an arborist and I can tell you they knew what they were doing when they built this little gem. Secondly it has a 6 YEAR warranty. Yes you read that right 6 YEARS. I don't really think it would be worth it to follow up on that and of course it's only against manufacturer defects (not user error) , but 6 years means you believe in your product, and I guess now I do too. GREAT JOB AULEDA.

This is not a professional tripod. With that out of the way, I've found this to be very sturdy and useful. The legs can be extended to whatever height you need, and there is a level built in so that you can ensure the platform is level before attaching your camera or phone. It comes with a carry case, and is light enough to keep in a backpack or bag along with the couple of phone holders that are included. The remote for taking pics with your phone was easy to pair and a nice little addition. For less than $20, you get a solid tripod for occasional use. This would be worth considering if you have a single-use need or need something that will hold your phone/camera but won't be subject to a breeze or jostled.

This is a good overall “budget tripod” for general tripod duties. It is not the most stable, sturdy or smooth in operation but for the price point it will get the job done. This is not the tripod I would reach for when doing panning shots or for “professional level” captures but for 99.9% of people and 99.8% of the uses that this was grabbed for…it will work fine. The head is not hot swappable and the 14x20 and base are built into the tripod permanently. It comes with a phone clamp mount and a Bluetooth Remote Trigger which works as intended but does not store on the tripod anywhere and is stored just by tossing it in the storage bag, floating around, with the tripod when not in use. As expected the build on the remote is very, let’s say, “basic” and I do not expect it to hold up or last very long with real world transport and use. I will be trying to take care of it so it doesn’t get easily broken or smashed. With realistic expectations I am very happy with this tripod for when “pro” level gear or heavy equipment is not what I want to deal with. This tripod is lightweight and easy to store, carry around, transport, set up and take down. The clamp that comes with this one is nearly identical to the one that came with an expensive name brand bendy arm tripod that I have on hand. It fits and grips my phone the same. I am using an S24 Ultra. The rotation positioning on the clamp is based on locking detents and not a free flow design. So one of the predefined little locking notches is where the phone has to be used and then I need to use the tripod to adjust the angles and level. The leg extensions are ok, but they are not all that smooth and the last, skinny leg is VERY skinny. There is play and wobble in the legs when adjusting length and the locking cams for the legs feels to be made of some very cheap plastic and THAT is the worst part of the tripod and where I would expect to break it during use sometime in the future if it does break. The plastic on the locking cam levers feels very low quality and it is the type of plastic that you can tell, if you don’t play nice with it, then it will not play nice back.Overall, this is a budget tripod and it works and does the job. I am happy with it for what it is, the benefits it offers and its price point. With realistic expectations I think most folks would be happy with this for the occasional shot, a party or even impromptu recording, sporting events, etc. Due to the price point of this one, I can also see myself using this to hold lighting and work lights as an affordable option to have a “third hand” so to speak. For what it is, I am thrilled. A+++

I got this mostly for astrophotography with my cell phone while camping and that sort of thing. I saw this come up and for the price, I jumped on it as a way to replace the selfie stick with fold out legs that I had been using. This is not *quite* as compact as that, obviously, but it does fold down plenty small to where it is not going to get in the way to take it up car camping or something like that, though it probably is too big to where I wouldn't bring it backpacking or rafting or something. That said, I got this as something that is going to be WAY more adjustable and significantly more stable than the selfie stick I had. This has every feature and adjustment on it that I can remember from my dad's old tripod back in the day that cost some real money; nothing seems to have been skimped on here too much, other than the obvious material choices to keep the cost down (sub-$20 at the time of review), which is frankly a steal for everything you are getting. I like the fact that it comes with its own phone mount, which works well with my Pixel 9 Pro XL.Overall, this has all the features I need, is small, the price is right, and it feels like it will hold up well. Very impressed!
