Wire guage is the same the The coating on the wire is different material making it look smaller,They are a touch shorter leads, but on n611 I had no issue and is working fine if you know you know

It works fine but the leads where to short to fit from the placement to the board. Sent a note to the seller no response. Guess they don't care. I altered the leads to fit. Shouldnt have to but thats ok. I dont forget anything. I will let people know whom sold it to me. Promise.

My Norcold n811 refrigerator ac heating element went bad. Took a chance and replaced the bad unit with this item that had no reviews. Shipping was quick. Delivered by the post office. So far everything is great. The refrigerator is back on AC and cooling just fine. It is a 300 W, 120 V unit. I measured the replacement at 48.1 ohms. The factory specs call for 48 ohms so everything is good. I would have given it 5 stars but the new leads to my circuit board were too short. I cut the old leads off my bad element and used them to extend to my board. Still at 48 ohms.

Pretty plain and simple, the bootleg part has leads that are nowhere near the diameter of OEM and they are way too short to connect to any norcold refrigerator

The wires are much smaller gauge and are too short to work on the newer norcold fridges. Double check all of the compatibility before purchasing and save your self head ache. Know before you buy! Don't be Me
