This isn't a PCMCIA - it's a SanDisk SDCFB-64 in a PCMCIA case and will not work for my application. My review/rating is for the product and not the seller.

I had an issue the my original order. The card separated and wouldn't allow me to insert it into the reader. The seller reached out to me and provided a replacement card within a few days. Very happy with the way this turned out.

Card shown NOT as received! What I got is a CompactFlash card with a PCMCIA adapter, and it will NOT work for my application (update database in a GPS), the GPS is unable to read it.It may work with our downloader (flt data recorder). To the one spouting about this being outdated technology, yes it is, BUT some things still REQUIRE it's use!

I can't believe I can still find these. Some critical applications still use these and I'm glad I can find them for sale on Amazon. And, at such a great price.

First, I don't own this (here comes the Review Police). The PCMCIA format is now obsolete so my suggestion is not to invest more money on old technology. Laptops with PCMCIA slots are also old.Note that the flash card storage capacity is in MB, not GB, so you'll understand how little storage you are buying.

I am able to use this flash card to create designs from my computer to my embroidery sewing machine, which gives me unlimited acces to a very large assortment of designs. Since I very much enjoy doing these designs, I find it very useful, indeed.
