I replaced these on my Weber grill which is only a few years old. Easy to change and works great! So much cheaper than a new grill!

Everything works great. But I can’t reattach automatic push start. Metal slides won’t line up.So far now have to use grill lighter

Works just as good as factory parts without the price tag. May have to adjust the airflow to suit your grill and environment. Easy fix if you follow the instructions or YouTube it

Finding Weber Genesis II 300-series heat plates is very difficult right now. I checked local hardware stores but nothing. Even Weber.com didn’t have any in stock for 3 more weeks. So, I found these heat plates on Amazon and decided to give it a try; hard to compare when these are nearly half the price of new ones. They came the very next day which was great, however, they did have several imperfections; some scratches and minor chipped paint. I was very skeptical purchasing something that didn’t have any reviews yet, but I’m glad I did. I haven’t fired up the grill yet but I’m sure they will do the trick. I would recommend these heat plates.
