I've had a humidifier in my sons room since he was born. We always used a different brand that had lights and sounds incorporated into it, but we've gone through two of them in the last 5 years because something always goes wrong. So we were looking for something different. This is a really nice replacement! I like that you can top fill or take the bucket off to fill. The night mode is really convenient since we only really use it while sleeping, and being able to turn the LCD screen off is a huge plus. I really like how you can set the humidity levels or check your current ones...a feature my last model didn't have. It's quite enough to not be a disturbance, which again, for bedtime is a huge plus. Overall really happy with it!

This is the best humidifier I have ever gotten! As a mom of 3, one having chronic lung disease I wish I had this sooner. The tank is size is perfect, it will actually run all night and still have water in the morning. It’s super easy to pull the tank out and clean, it’s very sturdy and doesn’t take but a couple seconds to get going.

So overall this seems to be a pretty good item; I like that I can fill it from the top instead of having to invert it. There’s a lot of settings for specific adjustments, which is nice. One of the settings I liked was that it can be warm mist instead of cold, which I thought was nice and soothing during the cold temps and us being under the weather. It worked well for a couple of weeks, but now when we put on the warm setting it sounds like a tea kettle going off and is way too noisy to sleep to, so we basically cannot use this function. Which unfortunately was one of the reasons I got this because it could warm the steam. So decent product, but sad I cannot use one of the main functions I wanted to use.

I went through three humidifiers in my search and this is the one I kept.It has good and strong output that reliably increases the humidity in my studio apartment. I appreciate that it’s not a huge tower, and that with its moderate size it’s still able to pump out a lot of water. It’s also not that bright and causes no disturbances at night. However, I’m deducting a star because the humidity reader is so wrong to the point where it unusable. I have two humidity readers in my apartment and they both always lineup inaccurate, the one that this humidifier has is routinely 20 percentage points higher than the actual humidity.The other humidifiers I had did read humidity, so it’s possible and I’m not sure why this product is unable to.

This my Third humidifier. This brand is awesome. It's easy to use and is well made. Nothing cheap about this. It has water levels of choice and an adjustable timer. Take up to a gallon of water( I use distilled or filtered) I use a baby's bottle brush once a week to keep it clean inside using 1 drop of dawn dish soap. I wipe the base where water remains with a baby wipe and check for any sign of mold or dirt accumulating there. It quiet and has a night mode. I have mine running for up to 12 straight hrs.or less. It's easy to fill from the top. It's great for your plants I keep 2 in my plant room and the other in my bed. I would purchase again as long as it's this model. It also has a control for the mist. It's attractive as well in the white as it goes with any decor. Makes a BIG DIFFERENCE in keeping a dry environment humidified for better air quality. If not in use, make sure you store it away CLEAN AND DRY. 5 STAR FOR THIS ONE.

It keeps the humidity in a range that you control from an app. I have tightened the range to within a 5 percent range and it does a good job of controlling it within those parameters. The only problem I had was cleaning. The little part that has to twist off is in a corner next to the center tube and my hands are big. Too big to remove and replace it easily.The Vivosun app works to control it. The screen menus on the device are somewhat confusing and cumbersome for me.

Works well for me so far, after four months of use.I use distilled water to reduce buildup inside and to make cleaning easier. This unit is very easy to clean. There is a big difference in mist output between low, medium, and high settings, which I like.The humidity sensor seems to be inaccurate. If the company asked, I would recommend a longer cord for the humidity sensor to get it further away from the unit creating the humidity. I don’t use the unit in automatic mode, so this really doesn’t matter to me. I suppose you could place the unit on a higher shelf and hang the sensor down towards the floor, that would probably help.

This product works fantastic. You hardly know its there. I turn it to sleep so you can't see the lights and forget about it. It regulates its self and notifies you when its low on water. I've never had an issue with it and have been using it non stop for my plants for about 2 months. I do have 2 issues but easily resolved. 1. the buttons- you would think you push hard on them but in reality they work better if you press them lightly. It might take 1-2 seconds to respond but they work nice when you touch them lightly. 2. the cord for the sensor is very short. Its reading about 8" from the unit. I add a few humidity and temp gauges amongst my plants to get a more accurate sense of humidity in the space. Works better that way as at different heights and spacing you'll get different readings anyways. I would strongly consider buying another as it works that great, easy to clean, and quiet. I suggest ordering the one with the white lights, the blue looks bright, just my thought. I'm happy with the white lights. You can turn them to sleep anyways so it won't matter that much but that blue can be hard to see some times or hurt your eyes.
