These are 7 inches total length, intended for 5 inch gutters.They work for K-style. I'm not sure if they work for other shapes as well.These can be used for new installs, or for repairs.These are terrific for repairs because most gutter spikes are like nails, and over time the wood rots and they become loose. If your old gutter spikes are falling out, they can be replaced with these, which will grip better.

These are the better kind of gutter screws. Most gutters are fixed with short screws plus metal brackets to maintain the shape of the gutter. These screws and the metal rods do both and are stronger. They do cost a bit more than the traditional method. Very nice to keep them as repair solutions.
