This tripod/stick is excellent. It is well designed, and collapses quite nicely. The Bluetooth remote is easily paired, and performs well.As a tripod, it is very sturdy. With normal use, this tripod should last for years to come.Very pleased overall. Highly recommended. Fantastic gift idea!

I got this tripod for my dad, because he didn’t have one of his own and wanted to use it for video calling his granddaughters. He doesn’t really use it as a selfie stick, but as a mini-tripod that he sets down in front of his desk. He says it’s easy to use and control (which is nice, because then he can use it on his own without me having to be there to set it up for him lol), and he knows how to connect the remote to his phone. I especially like that I don’t have to worry about relying on an app in order to unlock/use its features. My dad’s the principal user, and he wouldn’t like having to open up an app for it anyway! When we both tried it for the purpose of this review, however, we didn’t have much luck with the gestures. NEITHER of us were able to use the hand gestures consistently – it seemed to recognize our gestures about 75% of the time, which was a bit frustrating. What my dad thought was really cool, however, was the 360 rotation feature. I don’t know what he would need to use that for, but he thought it was a hoot. When we are able to enable the face tracking feature, there is a clear lag. Keep that in mind for when you’re taking photos; if you’re just standing still and posing, this should not really be a problem. That’s the case for my dad, anyway so the lag isn’t something that’s going to bother him in the slightest. All in all, for a tripod at this price range, we are satisfied with it due to its ease of use and overall quality.

This selfie stick is excellent! I think it is better than higher priced name brand sticks I have used. The build quality is excellent - it feels substantial in your hand and you don't have to worrying about babying it. You phone feels stable at the end of the stick.

This tripod is surprisingly compact for how tall it can get! When I saw the box and weight I felt there was no way it could be 70 inches long! (that’s almost 6 feet tall!). However it easily expands to that height and is very stable on its base even at that height. However it does mean if you want it at its minimum height the tripods do not have enough angle to spread out, but it still works reasonably enough. The face tracking is very reliable and it latches on to a face without any issues. It can recognize gestures as well without any issues and responds well to the stop and continue gestures as long as you hold it near the face it is tracking. The camera to see the face can be angled very easily due to the way it is mounted on a movable lever. The charging for this tracking system and the remote clicker are both via USCB which is great to see cause it means any mobile phone charger can charge it up. I do not do enough photography to realistic test the limits of it, but it easily lasted the entire day. I mostly use it for zoom calls where I draw on a board and need the camera to follow me around while still being fairly close (i.e. a wide angle shot for the whole board wouldn’t have worked.). This managed to keep me in focus without me even having to think about it after a while, and the motion was smooth enough that the camera on the phone also didn’t have to refocus due to sudden movements.Listed Price when I reviewed it: £54.99(Disclaimer: I received this for free as part of the Amazon Vine program, but the views here are based on my own experiences and not edited or influenced by anyone)

The tripod is very stable, having a wide foot than what you typically see with selfie-tripod sticks. And one thing I really appreciate with this one is how easy it is to open up the tripod. On a travel selfie-tripod I have, it’s really hard to get the handle to open into the tripod. This one is effortless. It’s pretty straightforward clipping your smartphone to the tripod/selfie stick as it uses the typical spring-loaded clamp.I do like that you can easily convert it from a smartphone holder to a tripod to hold a digital camera, ring light, or other device using the ¼” screw adaptor. Very nice add-on!Of course, the big winning feature of this selfie-tripod is the intelligent tracking feature and automatic rotation features, which works without having to download yet another app – big, big plus!Setting this up is really easy if you use the QR code found in the manual to access the tutorial video. The video is much better than the manual for this.It does a great job tracking my face, even when I have others in the field of view. I was really impressed with how well this works using my preferred camera app.If there’s one thing I wish could be better it’d be the arm connecting this phone clamp to the tripod/selfie stick. While it’s made from plastic like most cell phone mounting arms, it’s a lot more flimsy and far less rugged than my travel selfie-tripod stick, which is too bad considering how well-built the rest of it is.

The auto face tracking feature is incredibly helpful for creating smooth and professional-looking content. I appreciate the 360° rotation—it captures every angle flawlessly. The extendable height and remote control make it versatile for different setups, whether I’m filming TikToks or family moments. For me, this tripod simplifies the recording process while delivering high-quality results.

Fascinating Device that I’ve got to play with more to learn how to fully use. I can’t believe all it does for only $40.As a selfie stick it is a bit large and heavy. The grip is 1.5” in diameter and it weighs 512 grams (1.1 lbs). It can hold a phone up to 3.5” wide: in either the Vertical (Portrait) or Horizontal (Landscape) position. Any camera that has a standard ¼” threaded socket can also be attached. Depending on how the attachment mechanism is oriented, the minimal length is 12” and the 8 segment aluminum telescoping pole can extend an additional 50”, though at full extension tends to bow like a tent rod.The base grip holds a removable remote that is synched with your phone/camera via Bluetooth to snap photos or film videos. The remote (and the tracking motor, et al) are charged thru USB-C ports. A USB-A to USB-C cable is provided (but no power brick). The magic happens when the device is used as a tracking tripod. The base converts into a 3 legged tripod with only an 18” diameter. Thus when extended to its full 6’ height, it can be a bit tippy. The tripod head has a built in motor, camera and computer that recognizes and tracks your face/body. So as you move about in the azimuth/horizontal plane it rotates to follow you. You can also program it to auto rotate a full 360° in either direction at either: 2 or 4 RPM. When tracking you, it responds to hand gestures: put your hand palm up next to your face and it will stop; change that to the OK Sign and tracking resumes. It’s like a cameraman who can pan to follow you, but can’t tilt up/down. The remote is used only turn On/Off the camera/phone attached to the tripod head.I’ve attached photos illustrating it tracking me as I walked around my messy desk. Also used the remote to trigger the camera taking the photo of me pushing the remote button to snap the picture. Now you can move beyond being a talking head and add motion to your videos/photos. It frees you from having to hold the camera/phone as you move about; picking up objects, pointing to things all without having to stare into the camera to see what your doing. As I earlier said, I’m just beginning to explore what can be done with this tracking camera mount. All this for only $40 - 5 Stars

I have a couple of these selfie tripods now. I use one for lighting and the other for my phone. What stands out for the Uskeyvision Tripod is its built-in camera that it uses to do face tracking! The one thing i like is that it doesn't require an app to use it! The face tracking works right out of the box, and it works surprisingly well. It even has gesture control so you can disable or enable the face tracking while in the middle of a video shoot. The Uskeyvision has some heft to it. It is made mostly made of plastic though, but build quality is good. The shaft should be made out of aluminum alloy, but it feel like plastic. The shaft can extend to 70" so it has good reach as a selfie stick and also, height-wise, for a tripod. One issue I have is when in tripod mode there is a bow to the shaft (i.e. it's a bit curved). It doesn't impact performance, but my other tripod doesn't have this issue so I don't know if it is a problem or will become a problem in the future. At the top of the stick there is a 1/4" screw mount for cameras or accessories, and a foldaway phone mount. The phone mount is a clamp style, which I have to admit the Uskeyvision one feels on the cheaper side. Also unfortunately, the phone clamp does not have a cold shoe and/or a 1/4" screw mount for adding accessories, such as a light and microphone. There is also a flip up handle, that contains a slide out camera remote and the face tracking camera. At the bottom of the stick there are foldaway tripod feet. The three feet locks with compression when used as a selfie stick. Just pop out the feet to open them into a tripod. There is no locking collar for the tripod feet so they are free to slide up and down. However, when placed on a flat surface the feet doesn't moveThe tripod can be charged via a USB-C port. If using the slide out camera remote, that also can be charged via USB-C. Firstly, the face tracking works surprisingly well! I was also to walk 10 feet away and it was still able to track me, all without needing a phone app. There are also a couple modes. By double pressing the power button, the tripod will spin 360 degrees slowly and then stop. By triple pressing the tripod will spin fast. Single pressing the power will exit these modes. There is also hand gesture, which works most of the time. There are times where you have to adjust to get the tripod to register the gesture it seems. You can use the "ok" gesture to start face tracking and then a "hand stop" to stop the tracking. There is a green light facing you that will light solid when face tracking is on and it will flash when it is off. Honestly, if doing a selfie video or photo shoot, this tripod is great to have if doing the shoot solo. It will save a lot of time setting up and moving the tripod for each take. Also note, the motor that rotates the tripod head is silent. I could not hear it at all when turning.Overall, the Uskeyvision is a cool tripod design with its face tracking feature. This feature works great and even supports gesture control without needing an app. The gesture control for the most part works, but on occasions you may have to repeat the gesture before it is picked up. The Uskeyvision is versatile, in that it can be used as a selfie stick or as a tripod, and can be mounted with cameras or phones. The extendable shaft is a plus as well as it can grow the stick or tripod to 70" long. As a tripod it's stable but I do wish it had a locking collar to prevent the legs from closing on you. Unfortunately there is a little bow in the shaft on the one I received, so not sure if something got bent somewhere. I also wish the phone mount was better made and had accessory shoes to add a light and a microphone. Instead those will have to be attached directly to the phone instead. Still though, I can't wait to use the Uskeyvision for our next vacation! Its claim to fame is its face tracking feature!

This tripod is really cool, hands down. It’s amazing how far tracking technology has come, and for this tripod it is able to smoothly follow you in the video.Beyond the integrated rotation technology, the tripod is still pretty good but not perfect. The phone clip works well and the 1/4 inch mount extends the tripod to cameras, some webcams, and other mounts. The tripod folds up down to a pretty small size, easily fitting into a backpack or maybe a large purse. The max height of the tripod is good, but the legs are only real stable up to 2-3 feet. Just be aware if you want to use the tripod more at standing face level, the tripod is likely to tip if bumped. On the flip side, because it is so adjustable, you can use it as a stand on a table/desk or from the floor, which is a really impressive range.

USKEYVISION 70” Auto Face Tracking Tripod. Extendable with 360° Rotation. Selfie Stick for your Phone. Remote Control and Smart Gesture. Phone Tripod.Current Price £54.99 plus £10 Voucher Offer (April 25).Overall pleased with this 3 in 1 Face Tracking Selfie Stick / Tripod for your Phone. Build looks good and up to the job. This is a sturdy enough bit of kit with a good range of expansion up to 70”. When folded it measures just 13” so very portable. It’s comfortable and well balanced when using in hand. When using as a Tripod I found it to be very stable with the feet expanding to a good spread aiding stability.Face and Gesture tracking worked well. It keeps up most of the time but can be fooled if you are moving too fast or too far away. Well that was my experience! In the main though it did work well and as expected.Supplied with a Bluetooth Remote that is very useful for taking selfies etc. Works up to approx 10m distance which I can confirm. Stored in the Handle when not in use.All in all this is a nice bit of kit for those that need this type of device. Well made and a good design at what is currently a good VFM price of just £44.99 (with voucher offer / April 25). It’s pretty much got the lot!

This is a very cool tripod -- the tracking feature works very well. I am surprised how tall it can get, and noticed that when it's extended the camera can get a little wobbly when turning. Surprisingly I didn't notice the wobbly on the video. You might want to use image stabilization just in case. The remote control does not actually interface with the tracker -- it's just a bluetooth device to trigger the shutter on your phone. I also like that it has both a phone clip and a standard connector for your other devices. Just be careful that it's not too heavy.
