I love this bench! It has made a world of difference in my workouts. It is very sturdy and stable when I'm using it. Super simple assembly, I put it together by myself within maybe 20 minutes max. It's lightweight enough that I can move it around my space as needed, but sturdy enough that I don't feel like it will collapse on me while using it. Highly recommend, great value for the price.

It's a budget type of bench, adequate piece of equipment, it looks sturdy enough for a person no taller than 5'10".

I wanted a nice workout bench that also folded up. I didn't want something big that would hang around and be on the way. This one folds up just enough to be able to get it out of the way.You can set up the bench so you can leave flat or you can lay inverted upright or backward. The adjustment for the large part of the bench does require you to push it down to line it up, as does the adjustment for the front smaller part of the bench. Easy enough to line it up and put a position at and helps keep it lighter than other benches. The leg holder for the front felt better when I flipped it around and than the way that I first installed it based on how it looked in the instructions.To fold it up or set it up, you pull and reinsert the pin. It's a bit tricky to line up when folded shut, but still manageable.

I wasn’t as concerned about finding a bench that tucks away easily as I was about getting one with more versatility. Since I have a dedicated workout space, portability wasn’t a priority. My previous bench was just a flat bench, and I needed something with incline options. This bench fits the bill perfectly. Putting it together was straightforward, and it’s quite comfortable to use. It feels sturdy and doesn’t give any impression that it might buckle under load. Adjusting the incline to get the desired position is also very easy. After about a month of use, I’ve noticed no signs of wear or tear, and it’s just as solid as it was on day one. So far, this bench has exceeded my expectations in every way!

The pad itself is not orange like how it is in the photos. It is more of a dark salmon. The frame is accurate to the colors in the photos though.The bench operationally works fine, just beware the colors if you are trying to coordinate colors for your gym. It was easy to set up.
