How to solve the pump's blockage?


Disconnect the connection between the pump and the toilet, and then use a screwdriver to rotate the impeller to remove debris from the bottom impeller until the blade rotates smoothly.

This product was install well and working but started to have clogged and water with poop coming out of the shower drain, until finally stop working. Too much money for just 8 months of use.

toilet was great quality we had a problem with the macerating unit but the seller was helpful and replaced it promptly so its been a great buy works good and would recommend if needing and plush toilet

This was kinda a pain in the ass to install, but after getting it all done it works crazy good for a basement bathroom. A little loud at 3am but hey it’s better than walking up stairs. Definitely would recommend this to anyone. Plus you can hook up your sink and shower to this also.

Constant issues with this clogging easily.. have to take apart the whole thing and clean it out.. works a few weeks then happens again. Now, when plugged in the pump makes a solid humming noise but does not cycle or work at all. How to contact customer support or get replacement pump???

Don't buy it. I bought with an extension pipe, which was wrong 3.5 in. dia instead 4 in. Had to buy new one.Toilet tank valve must be mounted first before mounting the tank to toilet bowl, otherwise the fastening valve nut will not turn. The valve hole is too close to the toilet bowl.The standard toilet hose will not fit the valve thread.Toilet foundation holes have too small recess for nut covers.Simply, it was a nightmare to get is installed and hook up.
