Little unusual application. Brought as a replacement ballast to convert this early 1990s halogen to 70 watt metal halide, the previous ballast was salvaged from an old floodlight and failed. Had this lamp converted for going on 10 yrs and only on bulb #2, tried high lumen LED but they have an early death based on personal experience.
