I bought this large, heavy , handheld trimmer hoping it would last a long time.After several months of intermittent and careful use trimming azaleas, the thin metal internal base that operatesthe cutters broke in half and both blades are now useless.I tried to identify parts, but the Zigzew ( sp.?) cite still advertising this tool has no customer service or parts options in on their website. Thus, I recommend considering other options over this one.It is interesting and pittiful that the seller does not label the brand on the item itself.

Just received it . So far, works as expected. Good price. Big trouble changing blades - No instruction on what to do after depressing release buttons - tried to slide attachment with no luck -Would never have figured it out - no video on line , but I found one for a different tool by the same company , and it was so clear with the word “ pivot “ Instructions need to be included in the product manual !!!

You're only going to get about 15 minutes of run time on a FULL charge. Unfortunate as the trimmer works well when in use. Even having 2 of these likely wouldn't finish whatever job its been commissioned for. I am disappointed and will be sending it back.
