Battery was totally dead and would not charge. There was no way of telling if the trimmer actually worked. 👎

The code enforcement department come over, telling me I have a week to trim my blackberry infested shrubbery from it encroaching. I try to do it with loppers, but I was literally chomping away, exhausting me within minutes. Nearly giving up, I decide to go look for something that is mechanical instead of manual and found this. At first, I was skeptical about a battery operated machine being strong enough, but the corded ones were too spendy for my liking and the day for this tool to arrive was a day before the deadline. I went out to work with the loppers, but had very little success, so I bought it. When it arrived, the first thing I said was, the picture and video really make it look smaller than it really is, then I went out and carved down the shrubs with in five minutes. I was giggling away on how fast it carved though what it took me minutes to chomp away at a single vine. I'm never going to doubt batteries. Again. This product is highly recommended if you want things done in quickly.

I am a very independent person and like to do things myself and not ask for help. So, I ordered this to trim my hedges and fell in love with it. Charge in a good amount of time. Last longer than I thought. I was able to get most my hedges done with one charge. (My hedges hadn't been touched in at least a year) . It was easy for me to handle and work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is a good hedge trimmer for easy jobs. Not extremely powerful, but was able to trim a long square hedge into a nice shape using it. If you are trimming thicker branches, it would struggle. But trimming most bushes and hedges, it will perform well. The length of the blade is great for reaching far. Would recommend.
