It’s amazing, this hot tub is incredible and totally worth the wait! I’m amazed by how sturdy and durable it is. Compared to traditional hot tub, it’s way easier to store, and the pump is so quiet I keep double-checking if it’s even running. The size is good and the jets are pretty powerful. It only took 15 minutes to assemble and heated to 104 degrees in a few hours.

This works great , very good quality. It’s super comfortable, and I feel completely rejuvenated after every soak. I could live in this thing. Both my husband and I can sit on the side so it is very sturdy. The temperature stays consistent, and the jets are way stronger than I expected. It does say it will hold 4-6 people and as a family of 4 it works for what we need right now.

I would love to give this 5 stars but there is a huge air bubble under the water on the floor that I’m unsure how to get rid of… it’s built on a deck so there’s air flow under it and it I’ve owned an inflatable so I understand how these things get set up…. Definitely not user error..it seems like a manufacturers defect and nothing the seller did but also can’t find a way to contact the seller to see what the options are.. 4/4/254/9/25… the seller is working diligently and professionally to resolve the issue so far it’s been a pleasure to handle the issue… don’t let my review deter you if you are on the fence they will make it right if the issue happens to you
