I purchased this to replace a leaky fuel cap and this one leaked too! It is on a push mower so I decided just to deal with it, but was disappointed that it didn’t seal.

Everything about the stock gas cap was a problem. It would vibrate clear off while to motor was running, and the clip to hold it on also wouldn't hold. I selected this one because there was a single reviewer with a Husqvarna LC221a who said it fit better than stock - and he/she was right! It is quite stiff to engage, and the clip took more pressure too. There is NO chance this will vibrate off like the original.

It fits fine, but it doesn't stay in place and leaks. Calling it a gas cap is an enthusiastic overstatement as one could do better with sheet plastic and a rubber band. Unfortunately, they took so long delivering it and the old one was so far gone, I can't return this POS until a functional replacement arrives, but spend the money and buy the OEM replacement, this is useless.
