I have used this nut milk maker on repeat for making almond milk, and I've probably already saved $20 in nut milks AND saved myself unnecessary sugars and additives that come with the store-bought stuff. The nut milk and cleaning functions work great! I add 1-2 dates along with the almonds and the sticky dates are also easily pulverized. The nut milk bag and other items are helpful accessories. There is an oat milk function, but no oat milk recipe in the small recipe book, or instruction manual. So I tried the oat milk function using a handful of oats and water up to the max line. This was a long cycle that produced very slimy oat milk. Online research informed me that for oat milk, you must use very cold water and just blend for 20 seconds, then strain without squeezing. Because this machine has pre-set settings, it isn't clear how to use it to optimize oat milk and avoid slime. The recipe book is small but interesting. The recipes are more to Chinese cultural tastes! Soy milk and peanut milk, for example, and rice gruel (which might be for babies?). Some of the ingredients in the recipe manual are tricky to source but it's a window into a different culture than mine, and I'm interested in making my own soy milk! But for everyday nut milks, this machine works great. AND you can boil water in it, another plus. I also really appreciate the cleaning function, which works effectively. I notice other reviewers have been happy with the oat milk they've made in it, so I'm not sure why it didn't work well for me. I will keep experimenting!

Update: I have now used the milk maker. As other reviewer's have commented, the instructions could be more thorough. What is included seems geared toward the Asian culture, suggestions for something like a porridge. I followed the relevant instructions for making soy milk and it turned out well. This is the longest cycle on the machine. My soy beans were soaked overnight. The maker grinds the beans as well as cooks the end product. It looked and tasted amazing (I prefer unsweetened). I strained the milk after it cooled a little. I saved the okara (soy pulp) to use in my homemade, nondairy ice creams. The only thing I noticed was that my homemade soy milk would not froth?! I usesd only organic soy beans and filtered water. I enjoy my milk frothed in my beverages. I don't understand why my Westsoy organic, unsweetened soymilk froths so beautifully, vs my homemade. I used my soymilk in my beverages, ice creams and even did some baking. I used it all up within about 5 days. It stayed fresh in the fridge. I am looking into further explanation as to why it did not froth. Otherwise, I was very pleased.WOW! I love it when something I order exceeds my expectations 🤔 I was very impressed by the packaging and protection of the product, great attention to detail. The nut milk maker is much more substantial than my first impression in reading the description. Has a significant heft/quality, does not feel cheaply manufactured. I have not used it yet but look forward to doing so very soon. It seems straightforward and actually easy according to the directions. I plan on making organic soy milk. I think the price is very fair and I would recommend.

This 8-in-1 Nut Milk Maker is a solid little machine that gets the job done well, but the lack of clear product details from the vendor makes it a bit of a mystery purchase. Thankfully, it works as expected—I’ve primarily used it for almond milk and oat milk, and it handles both with minimal effort on my part. The cleanup process is easier than most milk makers I’ve tried, which is a huge plus. The build quality seems decent, though time will tell how durable it is. While it offers several functions (including heating and delay start), the lack of provided descriptive information means you’re left rolling the dice on whether this product is even worth your time. That’s not ideal, and certainly not for something meant to simplify what can be a bit of a chore, making homemade dairy alternatives. Still, as far as performance goes, it’s been a reliable and hassle-free way to make fresh plant-based milk at home.My Rubric✅ Good = Qualifies as a selling point➖ So-So = Not great, but also nothing resembling a showstopper❌ Not Good = Could be a showstopperMy star ratings, which tend to skew upward due to limitations in the 5-star system, are further elaborated in a decimalized scoring at the end of the review. Finally, although some items have been freely offered via the Vine system, I refuse to sell out and will never allow a vendor to influence my scoring through any means other than the quality of the product, both on its own and in relation to the current pricing at the time of my review. I value the efforts of other honest reviewers and wish nothing more than to pay their efforts forward in hopes of faithfully guiding others to informed decisions. The Good✅ Makes almond and oat milk well – My two go-to non-dairy options turn out smooth and fresh.✅ Relatively easy to clean – A big win compared to other nut milk makers I’ve dealt with.✅ Decent build quality – It feels solid, though long-term durability is still an unknown. The So-So➖ Minimal product details – The lack of clear specs, functions, or features makes for a frustrating buying experience.➖ Additional features may be useful—but aren’t well explained – It has functions like delay start and heating, but good luck figuring them out quickly. The Not-Good❌ Poorly presented by the vendor – A product like this needs better documentation to help buyers make an informed decision. The DetailsIf you’re willing to experiment a little, this nut milk maker works well and is relatively easy to clean. It does a great job with almond and oat milk, and I suspect it would handle other plant-based options just fine. However, the vendor’s lack of detailed information makes it a harder sell than it should be. The build quality seems solid, but only time will tell if it holds up to regular use.Final Verdict⭐ Final Rating: 3.8/5 – A capable nut milk maker held back by a lack of clear product information.
