Took forever to be delivered and doesn't stick to the rug. What a waste.

These fit perfectly to keep my Ruggable runner down and for the robo vaccum/mop to be able to cross over it and clean. I like these much better than ones purchased in the past.

My 8' x 10' rugs stay where I want them to. These work perfectly. Easy to install and rugs stay put without harming the hardwood. Love them. Using them under golf cart carpet in garage as well.

I recently purchased a large rug from Amazon and reading the reviews of the rug, the most common complaint was that the rug wouldn't lay flat and was a tripping hazard. We laid the rug face down with weights on it for a week or so to try and get it as flat as possible. Even with that, I did notice that the corners and some spots along the edges were still sticking up. I researched various products for holding the carpet down to my hardwood floors, and read a lot of the reviews, the 1 & 2 star as well as the 5 star reviews. My big concern was that I didn't want something that would ruin my floor, like so many of the tape type products that were reviewed. In an effort to protect the hardwood, when I first installed the rug grippers, I cut the square pad in about 1" strips and just put a strip in each corner and along the edge where the carpet was sticking up. That was a giant fail. The carpet still stuck up in places, sometimes the pad was stuck to the floor, and sometimes to the carpet. I did notice that when I was pulling up the strips of the pad I'd put down, that they did come up off of the floor with no damage to the hardwood. That was a real plus! I next cut the pads into larger pieces, about in half and reapplied them to the corners and the areas with the highest traffic that I felt would be the biggest tripping hazard. They have been down over a week now, an even with vacuuming, they are still holding in most spots. I can't tell if the spots where they are not holding the carpet down is the fault of the pad, or the carpet actually has wavy edges. I am pretty satisfied with the way they are holding the carpet. Like I said, I only used half of a pad in each location, mostly because I was worried about damage to my floor. If we hadn't had flattened the folds and rolls out of the carpet before we installed it, I don't know if these pads would have been as effective. They are okay at holding the flat part of the carpet, and all of the corners down. I do recommend if you have a very wavy carpet, or a large one, especially in a high traffic area, get two or more packages and put them in the corners and about every 3-4 feet along on the edges.

What I really like about these anti-slip rug pads is that they have a really good sticky sides on both sides, and that they are bigger than most of the rug grippers that I’ve seen and had before, which makes the rug and hardwood floor stick together a lot better and prevent any slippage. I really like how easy they were to use, all you do is just peel off both sides of the rug, gripper and place it on the rug on one side and on the desired area of the floor with the other. It functions completely great with wood and carpet/rug; I have mines attached to the hardwood floor and with a rug, and they are compatible and work amazing. I also like that the rug ripper is a thicker gripper not a thin little sheet of sticky sides. It’s a thick gripper that ensures that it’ll be sturdy and secure. There was nothing that I didn’t like about these rug grippers, the set comes with 8 rug grippers total (2 full sets), so I could do 2 full rugs with these grippers and they work fantastically.Overall, I am so happy I did get these rug grippers for the rugs in my house, and they really have secured and held my rugs to the floor and prevent prevented any accidents or slippage. I will recommend these rug rippers to all my family and friends, and to anybody looking to secure your rugs on a smooth surface, then I would also recommend these to you too.
