This is a set of seriously sturdy casters. They come with nuts and bolts that are needed to secure them in place. They can be locked in place to prevent rolling of the work bench or whatever you’re attaching them to and roll/spin easily when they aren’t locked. Ease of rolling is dependent on how much weight they are holding. These are high quality casters and I would buy them again.

Great value on these dual locking casters! I ordered these to replace some single lock casters I had on a couple of rolling carts. They are heavy duty and use the same bolt pattern as the ones I had on the carts already which I think were from HF. I get virtually no movement out of these while working on the carts, it's almost like they're attached directly to the floor. Excellent casters and I would 100% order these again if needed.
