I will be updating this review. The air conditioner itself is good, I've used it for an hour or so and it cooled down the room well. I haven't tried the dehumidifier yet. The instructions were horrible and the window slider parts are a joke. I can't get it to stay in the window to save my life and it's flimsy. You may need to invest in a new window slider kit if buying this, would've been 5 stars otherwise.

Kind of annoyed i took everything out and set it all up only to find out the window slider is too large for any of my windows and will not fit.. so now im gonna have to either return it which is a ridiculous amount of work or have to order smaller separate window sliders so it fits.

Works great but a very stupid design. They include a two foot plastic tubing as a drain pipe which limits how far you can place the ac unit to a window or sliding glass door. To add insult to injury, the drain pipe connection is not on the same side as the exhaust hose connection (on the back of unit) but on the side at the bottom of the unit. You need to put something very shallow for the condensate to drain into. The instructions don't tell you where to connect the tubing. Hard to find as it is a small black plug.
