Appears well constructed like the Weber version and straight forward to fit. Cables supplied are unnecessarily long and not short like the picture depicts - cable ties fix this easily though.Happy with this replacement item.

Fits great, easy to install, a third the price Weber battery powered starter. Like not needing to have a AAA battery to use the starter in case the battery ever runs our during a camping trip.

The ignition on my Weber died quite awhile ago. Needed a new regulator so I thought it was time to fix this as well. Without instructions it was a no brainer to replace the old one and the new works like a charm.

Received in great condition. It seemed like installation would simply be the reverse of removing the old one. For some reason I could not manage to stabilize it once it was inserted back into the opening. No amount of squeezing and turning resulted in a secure fitting (although properly functional) igniter button. At some point in time I realized I had cracked the two plastic ‘tensioners’ on each side of the igniter housing and, conceding defeat, wrapped electrical tape around the igniter housing to keep it snug in the hole. I should have consulted YouTube first, but given the relative ease of removal for the original Weber igniter, I assumed reinstallation would be just as straightforward. Perhaps my finger strength (at 70) was a factor?

I have a Q100 gas Webber grill that was in desperate need of refurbishing, this electric igniter it finished the trifecta. New igniter, new regulator, and a new flame bar!! What now it’s just like new..!

Perfect for my Weber Q220 that I recently purchased used that needed a igniter change. Didn't want to pay $40 for a fancy one so I bought this one instead and it works perfectly!

Got for my bbq that was not on the list of replacements because it looked close. Old one was a single wire took multiple clicks to ignite the flame. Got this one hooked up and lights with one click every time. I did have to cut and drill my own mounting hole on the spark side but had lots of material to work with, also I lengthened the wire to my liking. I think one of the wire connectors did not even fit the button part, like a square peg going to a round hole, I was able to use the connector from the old one or found something in my tool box that worked.
