This claims to be a 3.5 mAh battery. I fully charged it when I received it. Tried it out on my lawn mower and it didn't last as long as the 2.0 mAh batteries that came with my mower. I'm not sure if the battery is defective or if it's just cheaply made. Thinking about exchanging it to see if a different one does better.

Was fine until it wasn't. Dead after about 10 charging cycles.

Like a lot of other users here, my Greenworks 80v battery died after three years of mild service. Extremely disappointing. This is a great alternative so far. A bit bigger profile than the OEM battery, but the battery life is also a bit bigger as well.Happy with the price, the capacity, and the charge speed so far —- biggest test will be its longevity.

Fits well, only fits with Greenwood’s products and nothing else but that is okay!

I was leary of getting it as it so much cheaper than greenworks. Longer battery but it fits good. Doesnt seem as powerful as the greenworks one but it had enough juice to blow off two triple sized garage pads and again the next. ran out of juice when i had a 4 foot square left to blow off. it was powder snow of about an inch both days.

Replaced a 3ah GreenWorks battery that was not lasting as long as it should. Now I can mov the front and back lawn again with a single battery and still have power left over to edge and blow the grass away (I know, not the best order to do things in). This battery seems to last as long as the greenworks battery when it was new. Time will tell to see if this one lasts over 4 years.

I bought this particular unit because another reviewer claimed to have done a capacity test and they it tested out at the stated 3.5Ah capacity. My thinking is to run it a few times an compare it to the brand-new 4Ah OEM battery I already have. If this think is going to fail, it will likely be after one or two full-discharge cycles and I can return it.I inspected the internals to look at workmanship and pack design. So far, no complaints. The pack has two 20-cell strings wired in parallel (40 cells total). It has the same two-circuit board design as the OEM pack. The PCBs are clean and yes, the pack is physically longer than the OEM 4ah. -But it does not prevent the mower battery cover from closing. It also weighs about the same. The cells wrappers say they are HIGHSTAR 18650 cells. But there is no model or capacity information (Photo). The cells look new and there is no evidence of re-work or salvage hackery. I tested cell voltage along the entire pack and all were within 0.01 V. -Again, these look like fresh new cells in a fresh factory-manufactured pack. One thought I had: Power 18650 cells are lower in capacity than Capacity 18650 cells (2000mAh vs. 3000mAh) and this pack has two of them in parallel . Given the calculated cell rating (1750mAh), these are either true power cells (Low capacity, high discharge) or low-tech generic cells (low capacity, low discharge). Even if the latter is true, the fact is that the load is effectively half (2p configuration) might make everything tolerable. -And if these are actually a true Power cell design, well then it might even outperform the OEM pack after a season. We'll see, and I WILL update this post. I'll disassemble after 4 or 5 cycles and see how the cell voltages line up again.

I have gone greenworks 60v chainsaw. It came with a 2 mag battery. These definitely last longer that that one. It seems obvious afterwards, but they do stick up out of the chainsaw because they are longer. They fit nicely in the chainsaw and come out just as easily as the original does.I'll try to report back after ove used them longer. Right now I'm happy.
