Mit Maus, Tastatur und einer USB-Soundkarte hat es bei mir tadellos funktioniert.Angeschlossen habe ich einen 34 Zoll und einen 27 Zoll Bildschirm. Die Bildwiederholfrequenz hat mein Monitor mit seinen maximalen 144 Hz bei 3.440 x 1.440 Pixel bestätigt, bei. Eine Latenz der Tastatur und Maus konnte ich nicht feststellen.Ein Netzteil wird ebenfalls mitgeliefert, wobei ich es aktuell tatsächlich ohne diese verwende, ich hatte vergessen es einzustecken und war dann erstaunt, dass es doch ging. Die "Fernbedienung" funktioniert auch gut, so kann man den Umschalter unter dem Schreibtisch verschwinden lassen und hat nur noch die kleine Fernsteuerung.Super Gerät! Bisher keine Ausfälle zu melden.

I have a fairly small office space, so I'm confined to using my one desk for my work laptop, personal desktop, and any other devices I want to hook up to my monitor (typically the steam deck, switch, ipad, or personal laptop). While this switch just supports three devices max, that already makes things considerably easier for me over having to fiddle with cables every time I'm done with work and switching over to the Fun Computer.One thing to note is that this switch probably isn't going to help your cable management too much, but it's not too bad. Because of the port placement for your keyboard/mouse/etc, if you're extremely tight on desk space you'll want to be aware of the cables coming out of both the front and back of the switch. My cable management has always been pretty awful though so this honestly didn't present any sort of meaningful issue for me. And once I got everything plugged in and set up it's been a breeze switching between devices. So far I haven't noticed any issues with switching; the keyboard, mouse, and controller all swap quickly and seamlessly along with the display. And everything seems to work flawlessly with my ultrawide monitor over both DisplayPort and HDMI. And at the price point, while nothing to sneeze at, I think seems more than fair for a high quality and functional KVM switch. After daily use for the past couple of months I can't say I have any complaints!

I love tech. I have all sorts of gadgets and gizmos, and they all make me happy. Most of them are focused around my Jeep; I have tons of accessories. I've recently started bringing more tech into my house. I work from home, so I like having a nice office setup. I have my laptop, my work laptop, and two external monitors (though more are coming). I wanted a way to be able to use all of the monitors on each computer and flip between at will, so I started experimenting with switches. When I saw this one I had to try it.Unfortunately this doesn't work for my situation. I had hoped it could convert the HDMI out from the laptop into two DP outs going to the monitors. It does not do this. The computer has to natively have the free HDMI and DP ports, the switch just passes them through.As far as a switch goes, it works well. It switches the monitors, as well as my wired mouse, keyboard, and SSD. There's a small wired switch that you can install close to you and hide the main switch, which is a nice touch.Overall, while this is a nice switch, it doesn't work for my purposes. It might for yours, though, and if it does I recommend this one.

Delivered in a compact retail carton, this 3-Screen, 3-Computer KVM works great!With a very solid metal housing, this KVM definitely feels robust.On the top, there are three status LEDs (PC1, PC2, and PC3).In the front, with easy access, are the switcher buttons, 4x 5Gbps USB-A ports, the remote switcher port (micro-USB, really??), as well as, for some reason, a power switch.The real magic is around back, where you find a mass of DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 ports, as well as USB-A input ports.In service, the KVM works pretty well.I have no issues passing 4K240Hz through either HDMI or DisplayPort from my primary computer or work laptop to my primary Neo G8 display.GSync and HDR work just fine as well 👍🏻My the wife's laptop passes through 4K120Hz fine, but can manage 4K240Hz without the KVM in between...The secondary screens are a bit less demanding, and work fine from all computers.The only real issue I have with the KVM is a practical one.Why is USB-A used for input??Really, this should be USB-C input, letting us use much easier to source USB-A to USB-C cables, or straight USB-C to USB-C cables.Sure, you can find USB-A to USB-A cables, but it is a bit of an inconvenience...At least a pair of USB-A to USB-A cables are included in the box, but they may well be a bit on the short side, depending on where your computers are located.For 130€ (at time of writing; 100€ after voucher!) this KVM is priced well, and works great.If you have a shared desk, but not shared computers, it is a very convenient way to keep the clutter down 👍🏻

Ich nutze den KVM Switch für 3 Monitore und 3 PCs nun seit einigen Wochen in meinem Homeoffice und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Funktionalität und Stabilität. Das Setup ist zwar etwas aufwändiger, wenn man alles richtig anschließen möchte (besonders bei mehreren Monitoren und verschiedenen Anschlussarten wie DisplayPort und HDMI), aber wenn es einmal läuft, funktioniert es einwandfrei.Besonders praktisch finde ich, dass USB 3.0 unterstützt wird, sodass Maus, Tastatur und sogar USB-Sticks ohne Verzögerung oder Verbindungsprobleme erkannt werden. Die Umschaltung zwischen den drei Computern klappt schnell und zuverlässig – sowohl über den Taster am Gerät als auch über Tastenkombinationen.Die Videoqualität ist gestochen scharf, auch bei 4K mit 60 Hz, was gerade für Bild- und Videobearbeitung oder Gaming ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Es gibt keine merklichen Latenzen oder Bildverluste beim Wechseln der Systeme. Ich nutze zwei Monitore parallel pro PC, was der Switch problemlos unterstützt – das ist wirklich selten bei dieser Anzahl von Geräten.Ein kleiner Hinweis: Man sollte sich im Vorfeld gut informieren, welche Kabel genau benötigt werden, da je nach Monitor und GPU teilweise zusätzliche Adapter nötig sein können.

This KVM switch handles three computers and three monitors without much hassle. I connected both HDMI and DisplayPort setups, and the picture stayed sharp across all displays. Switching between systems is quick, and the USB 3.0 ports have worked fine with my mouse, keyboard, and an external drive. The unit feels sturdy and hasn’t overheated during long use. I like that it simplifies my workspace without needing to replug everything constantly. Setup took a little time with all the cables, but once it was done, it worked as expected. It’s been helpful for managing multiple systems in one place.

I like that this KVM has multiple DisplayPort connectors for each PC. Some KVMs that I sued only allow one DisplayPort connector. The more DP the better!

Dieser KVM-Switch ist offensichtlich der Versuch alle derzeit sinnvollen Konfigurationen abzudecken. Weshalb man ihm nicht nur HDMI-Ausgänge (HDMI 2.1) sondern auch Display Port-Ausgänge (Display Port 2.1) spendiert hat. Der Rest ist Standard.Ich muss sagen, dieser KVM-Switch sieht nach Profilösung aus, obwohl er ganz sicher nicht mit den 19"-Racks Switching-Lösungen diverser gewerblicher Anbieter mithalten kann. Aber der Semiprofessionelle- und der Heimbereich werden mit diesem KVM-Switch locker abgedeckt. Vom Funktionsumfang und von der doch merkbar qualitativ robusten Bauweise her, gehört das Gerät zur mittleren, gehobenen Liga.Zur Grundfunktionalität: Dieser KVM-Switch schaltet vorne, an vier USB 3.0-Eingängen angeschlossen, eine Maus, eine Tastatur, einen Drucker und ein beliebiges anderes USB-Gerät zu drei hinten angeschlossene PCs durch. Zusätzlich können insgesamt drei Monitore an den Switch angeschlossen werden und in diversen Konfigurationen miteinander kombiniert werden. Die Produktseite schlüsselt das mit Abbildungen und Erklärungen etwas auf.Das heißt, anstatt das man für jeden PC separate Eingabegeräte hat, braucht man dank dieses KVM-Switches (K:eyboard, V:ideo, M:aus) nur eines. Zusätzlich lassen sich drei Monitore für jeden der PCs anschließen und in diversen Darstellungsmodi verwenden. Das ist so grob der Sinn und Zweck eines KVM-Switches. Es gibt da noch, wie erwähnt, wesentlich mächtigere KVM-Switches, die können ein ganzes Sammelsurium an Schnittstellen hin und her schalten, aber das braucht man im Heimbereich eher nicht.Dieser KVM-Switch hat intern eine leistungsfähige Elektronik, denn ich kann in keiner Konfiguration irgendeine Form von Latenz ausmachen. Zu meinem Erstaunen schaltet er auch ein externes Audio-Interface (Mackie Onyx) problemlos durch. Dabei geschieht das Umschalten beinahe unmerklich. Es gibt allerdings ein paar Probleme mit sehr alten USB-Geräten, dessen Treiber ohnehin nicht für Windows 11 geschrieben worden sind. Ich habe das Gerät an einem Hauptrechner unter Windows 11 Pro getestet. Das Umschalten zu einem Notebook mit Suse Linux hat aber ebenfalls gut funktioniert, angeschlossene Peripherie, für die es nur Windows Treiber gibt, funktioniert unter Linux natürlich nicht. Am Ende ist es für die vorne angeschlossene Peripherie ohnehin so, dass der gerade durchgeschaltete Rechner direkt angeschlossen ist.4K konnte ich im Moment nicht testen, aber HD (1920 x 1080 Pixel) mit Ton funktionieren völlig problemlos. Etwas tricky war die Verwendung von Bluetooth Peripherie. Da muss man dann vorne am KVM-Switch einen Bluetooth Dongle einstecken, Bluetooth an einem der Rechner nützt einem rein gar nichts. Auch ist es nicht möglich eine Multimonitor-Konfiguration zu verwenden, wenn nur ein einziger PC verbunden ist. Darüber hinaus können HDMI-Monitore nur den Inhalt von mit HDMI gesendeten Inhalten wiedergeben, das Gleiche gilt für Display Port. Es werden also keine Inhalte, die von einem Rechner mit Display Port gesendet wurden, auf einen am KVM-Switch angeschlossenen HDMI-Monitor ausgegeben. Es findet sozusagen keine Konvertierung zwischen den Übertragungsstandards statt.Daher gibt der Hersteller auch an, dass für eine dreifach Monitor-Konfiguration der angeschlossene Rechner über 2 DisplayPort-Ausgänge und 1 HDMI-Ausgang verfügen muss, die natürlich alle verbunden sein müssen. Sieht man sich die Produktfotos an, insbesondere die rückseitige Anschlussreihe, wird einem auch klar, dass man pro PC - nur falls das so gewünscht ist, natürlich - drei Monitorkabel verbinden muss. Es werden also durch diesen KVM-Switch nicht essenziell weniger Kabel verwendet. Es wären im Vollausbau schon 9 Monitorkabel nötig, um mit drei angeschlossenen PCs die gleiche Monitor-Konfiguration verwenden zu können. Zusätzlich kommen noch drei Monitorkabel hinzu, für die KVM-Switch zu Monitor Verbindung. Das ist aber kein Problem dieses KVM-Switches, sondern liegt schlicht an der Technik.Die Auflistung der Spezifikation spare ich mir hier mal, dass die Produktseite informativ genug ist. Als Besonderheit dieses KVM-Switches kann man die zusätzlich anschließbare Fernsteuerung sehen. Das habe ich so noch nie gesehen. Es ist eine Art Schnellumschalter, der einem das Knöpfchendrücken an der Front erspart. So kann man den KVM-Switch auf Wunsch irgendwo verschwinden lassen und nur noch das Kabel für die Schnellumschaltung nach vorne legen.Leistungs- und funktionsumfangmäßig ist dieser KVM-Switch sein Geld wert. Was mir besonders gut gefällt ist das problemlose Umschalten. Nichts stürzt ab, kein Monitor bleibt dunkel der Ton ist immer da. Das hat vor einigen Jahren zuverlässig nicht richtig funktioniert. Doch ist die Elektronik in diesem KVM-Switch offensichtlich derart smart, dass ich kein Problem mit aktueller Peripherie oder anderer Hardware hatte. Ob ca.130 € günstig sind, weiß ich offen gestanden nicht. Der Leistungsumfang dieses KVM-Switches ist allerdings gewaltig. Immerhin hat sich bestätigt, dass die getroffenen Werbeaussagen durchaus zutreffen. Daher finde ich fünf Sterne angemessen.

If you need a hardcore KVM, look no further. This thing works if your setup works with it and it's super reliable. No real issues with throughput.

Had to return as I had many times where a mouse or keyboard would freeze when connected through the KVM but would work fine when directly connected to a input device.

My previous KVM was a 2 computer 3 monitor KVM, which had one DP and 2 HDMI connections. Honestly, it should be more common for KVM's to have at least 2 DP, as most monitors use that now. Switching to this unit was great, as it allowed me to use DP for both of my monitors, and HDMI for my 55" TV that I have mounted above them. I swap between my work laptop and my Desktop PC using this unit, and it works quite nicely. The button is a little awkward with the tiny little buttons; I think that could have been a bit better designed, but it works as intended.I wish that the remote port was located on the back, and that there was at least one USB accessory port on the back, as I prefer to have a clean looking setup. It's definitely not the end of the world having the USB ports on the front, but it looks less clean. I have an 8-port USB hub plugged into the KVM, which hosts 2 Stream Decks, a Logitech Brio webcam, a sound mixing board, keyboard, mouse, and a few other things. All of these work perfectly from the hub to the KVM, HOWEVER...an important caveat is below for USB hubs in general!This has nothing to do with this particular KVM, but is an important functionality note for others that may be using a KVM in a similar way to how I am. When I first started using this unit, it worked fine with my personal Desktop PC, but I had issues connecting my work laptop. I use an HP Elitebook laptop plugged into a Lenovo Thinkpad USB-C gen 2 dock. When I would switch to my laptop on the KVM, the laptop would pop up an error message stating that some USB devices would not function as the 5-hub limit had been exceeded. While the USB spec allows for up to a theoretical maximum 127 devices, you can only have a max of 5 daisy chained USB hubs in between the main computer and the USB device itself.In my case, this seemed like it wasn't an issue; I had my computer plugged into a dock (1 hub), the dock plugged into the KVM (2nd hub), and then an 8-port USB hub connected to that (3rd hub). Seems fine, right? Well...not so fast! When I was connecting the hub, I noticed that only the first half of the devices would connect (my 8-port hub has little lights next to each port, and only the first 4 would light up). This is because many hubs that have more than 4 ports will have multiple hubs inside. In my case, the first 4 ports were on the "parent" hub, and the last 4 ports were a "child" hub under the parent. Additionally, it appears as though the Lenovo dock may have functioned similarly, as I was only able to use one specific USB port on the hub to get the message to go away (one of the USB ports has always-on power on the Lenovo); any of the other ports caused the error to appear, which appears to mean that the other ports may have been a "child" hub under the other port.Hopefully this helps someone who may be going through a similar issue and scratching their head; it's not unique to this hub, but I'm sure many people are plugging USB hubs into a KVM, and often a KVM is used to switch between work/personal devices, so hopefully this gives some ideas on how to fix the issue! Worst case scenario you could always plug the USB port from the KVM directly into the laptop instead of a docking station; it's just annoying.
