So after about two weeks, it stopped switching. Meaning that any single time I tried to hit the button to switch computers. It wouldn’t work, and I had to disconnect the screens and only have one input just to make that computer work/register. And nearly 8 months later now one of the inputs for the screens isn’t working, even if only one computer is connected through the input. Overall unreliable, which is disappointing because I did research and a couple of different review sites said that this one should’ve been a decent quality.

The unit works great and comes with the needed cables. This is very convenient to use and does not require a power adapter, this is a bug plus. The customer service and support is excellent if there is an issue.

I use this KVM switch to share two 34" monitors between a Dell XPS desktop and a Dell Precision notebook. This means that I needed an unusual combination of video cables in order to make everything work: HDMI to HDMI, HDMI to DisplayPort, and HDMI to mini-DisplayPort. The number of possible installation scenarios is probably why the switch doesn't come with video cables. I appreciate this; the cost of the cables would be baked into the price, and the end user may not be able to use all or even most of them. Instead, it comes with the cables that you WILL need: USB, to facilitate peripheral sharing.I like the unit's size: small enough to disappear into any convenient hole, but large enough to avoid crowding the connections. I especially like the wired remote button, which enables me to switch between the two without fumbling around in the space into which I've stuffed it. It doesn't clutter my desk. Cable connections are all on the rear of the unit; no hard-to-organize "octopus" clutter like what we experienced with KVMs from the bygone days.I spent nearly as much on high-quality cables of appropriate lengths as I did for the KVM switch itself, but I'm very pleased with the result. If the switch had come with cables, I'd have been in a "once size fits none" predicament, but I was able to buy exactly the lengths and connector types I needed in order to keep everything tidy. A press of a discreet, rubberized button switches between the two. Once switched, keyboard and mouse are responsive and I see no artifacts or tearing when gaming or watching videos. The PC and notebook both come out of sleep mode as they should.I'm shaking my head at the insane amount of screen real estate the KVM has enabled. Earlier, the PC and notebook used one monitor each and I moved between them with a program called Synergy, which enables you to share a single keyboard and mouse among as many PCs and notebooks (and their monitors) as you feel like piling into your work space. What I have now is absolute over-kill. I'll get used to it. :-)One final thought. While other reviewers note that the KVM works well with wireless keyboards and mice, I don't recommend using it with a Dell wireless combo. Mine was ...fraught at best when using Synergy and became nearly unusable once the KVM was in the mix and Synergy was disabled. I don't believe that this is a signaling issue that the KVM introduces. The problem was more likely to be in Dell's software or firmware since the combo was already troublesome before. I'm presently using a wired keyboard and Dell's wireless mouse with no issues whatsoever. If you have a Dell combo that works properly, it's likely to continue to work properly with this KVM. However, I noticed issues with mine and am pointing them out for the sake of completeness.

Bought this device June 3rd and for the first month I had a few issues. I would love to be able to contact the maker of the unit but there isn't any way to do so. I have my laptop and desktop hooked up to the unit. With both computers I have issues with the front USB's. So, PC1 and PC2 connections. They are very flaky and will disconnect my keyboard and mouse dongle all the time. Although I have liked using the product, I cannot recommend it because there is NO SUPPORT for the unit. Never received any support and do not expect any if you are! I whish I would have went with something that was a named brand instead of off branded. Expect to get what you pay for NOTHING and no support after a month!

Overall this KVM worked well for my PC/Mac workstation setup. The KVM is lightweight, and has a small form factor that was easy to hide. My only real complaint with this device is that I would have REALLY liked there to be USBs on the back of the device to help with cable management - having cables on both the front and back made cable management a little more of a pain, but nothing that would cause me not to recommend the device. Beyond that, this device works as advertised, and the markings on the device make for an easy setup for even those that would not consider themselves 'tech savvy'. As a plus, the remote switch makes it easy to hide without sacrificing ease of use.

2 aydır işim için kullanıyorum. Bilgisayarlar arası geçiş 5 saniye kadar sürüyor ve kablosuz klavye setiyle kusursuz çalışıyor. Tavsiye ediyorum.

The device works. I use it to switch between my MacBook and my windows laptops. When on the MacBook the screen glitches from time to time like it we’re switching off. The windows lt doesn’t do this. I also swapped the lt positions and it follows the mb. I have no issues with the adapter I used before on the mb.On windows sometimes when I switch I get “snow” like there was no signal. A quick toggle to the mb and back usually takes care of this. For the value I believe I can live with this in the short term. Will probably search for a better switch when I get another machine at my desk.

This unit fired up and worked perfectly, without any sort of "setup" beyond plugging all the cables in.I have a desktop with an HDMI port, and a laptop with an HDMI port. Just one large HDMI screen, so no need for multi-monitor support. Both machines "wake up" on demand when selected, and I have had absolutely no issues with the attached HDMI display. My keyboard/mouse are a fairly generic wireless Logitech kit. I just moved the receiver from one of the computers to the USB port on the KVM, and no further setup was needed. The unit itself is plenty small, and just sits on top of my desktop chassis. All cables exit towards the rear, which works well for me. The K/M receiver is on the front of the unit, but is very low-profile, so it works well there. As I noted, my setup is nothing fancy, but this product meets the need perfectly at a very reasonable cost.

The connector is fantastic, everything I needed and works fantastically! I have my main computer which is a custom computer with a Nvidia GTX 1070 graphics adapter plugged in PC1 and my Dell XPS 600 with a Nvidia GTX 7800 connected in PC2 and they both work brilliantly with this adapter! No problems at all. The switching between works fine and the USB hub works great too! I have my Keyboard and mouse plugged in and a 360 wired controller and it all works no problems at all.The outside is made of metal and looks fetching if you ask me, and it is not too bulky either which is nice. It's got a nice solid sound to it if you tap it with your finger too. And has air vents on the side for airflow which is a nice touch. There is also writing around each feature on the front to tell you what each of the features is for too. Like the two blue LEDs on the front have "PC1" and "PC2" by them on mine so that is a nice touch. I like that. The switch button sits slightly proud of the front to, so it's nice to feel that your pressing the button, if it was recessed into the front it might be a bit difficult to find if you are not looking directly at it so that's a nice touch too!The USB's on the back use what I call a "Printer USB" type cable, and feel very solid when put in the back. The HDMI cables go in nice too, with good space for the cables. Not rubbing each other and giving each other good space. This seems really well designed to be honest!I think the price is nice too, I have to say I was surprised to see such a product I thought it would be hard to find something like this but here it is! Nicely priced too!
