Love it. Easy to use, and nothing was coming out from the bottom during the baking . And looks good too.

Very heavy nice stainless. I got this to replace a nonstick springform that the nonstick coating started pealing after the first couple of uses and didn’t want to deal with again.Out of the box this is a great deal. They have a nice heavy weight and the fact that there is no nonstick coating means they should hold up for a long time.After my first cake I realized there is another difference. If you’re used to regular cake pans these are going to take a few adjustments. The light reflective metal takes longer to cook. I had to probably add 10 minutes and covered the top with tin foil to avoid the top from getting too dark. Just something to keep in mind. The bottom was not browned like I expected but not sure it was the pan or the new recipe.The cake turned out good (not a cheesecake) but because I didn’t think about the light colored pan until after the cake has cooled I’ll have to see how it does with a recipe I’m more familiar with. I’ll update my review when that happens.Overall though it’s nice to have a well made pan (two pans) that I don’t have to worry about the coating coming off.

Excellent springform pan! Easy to clean and leak fee. This is the first pan that survived a foil wrap and water bath! I love it. I heavily buttered the pan with a brush and the cheesecake did not stick at all.
