I had to paint a room, and used this to sand off eggshell finish from the old paint. Initially the tool was working great, but after a while the little hinge that's used to attach the sanding disc to the rod started loosening up, and there is no way to tighten it. I was able to sand the single room twice and I don't think this product will last another round. On the other hand, the quality of the sand paper is good.

This is a good pole sander set. I need this tool for a ceiling drywall repair in one of my bedrooms. I will cut out the split drywall back to a halfway point on ceiling joists. Then I will nail in 2x4 supports between the span so I can attach the new drywall. This pole sander should allow me to produce professional results when sanding the seams. The poles are made of strong metal and I can adjust my reach as needed. The sanding pads seem to be good quality and the set includes a good assortment of abrasive levels. The standard sizing means that I can buy replacement sanding discs as needed.

I have recently begun adding a third bedroom to our home which has required the reconfiguration of several internal walls, which has involved a great deal of drywall repair in the process. I’ve never hung/mudded drywall before and greatly underestimated how much sanding would be required. I started with a 4x3 sanding block and quickly realized I needed something with more surface area.I chose this sander over a few others I had looked at mainly because the sanding head is made out of metal, versus the plastic I saw on a few others. It’s not heavy at all which makes it fairly easy to use but hopefully sturdier than a plastic counterpart. I also liked that the pole came in detachable sections…when I am working on the walls I only use two sections, and when I am doing ceiling work I can add another one. It has made it much easier to get into tight spaces than a single length pole.It included a few different grits of sandpaper, as well as a storage bag. The bag itself feels fairly flimsy and I can’t really see myself using it.All in all it’s worked quite well for me. I can’t say that it would hold up to repeated use but for my purposes it’s done well.

Sander works great, no issues at all. It functions to sand seams especially above my head without much issue and has a lot of control. Sturdy and not heavy which is a plus! I've been using it for a week now and it is holding up fine. The included sanding pads are also a nice touch, and could actually sand a lot by changing the sanding discs out. Awesome!

The hook and loop platform that holds the sand paper disc is very lumpy. I poked holes in it and tried to push it all flat but it is just messed up. This means I cannot get a good flat, sanding out of this tool, which makes it worthless. Cannot recommend. This review is for the product listed as, “Konvixon 9 Inch Drywall Pole Sander with 79" Adjustable Extension Pole, Wall Sander for Painting Prep, 360° Rotating Aluminum Alloy Head, 5 Grit Sanding Discs (80,100,120,180,240) for Walls, Ceilings."

This is a nice sanding head for an extension pole. I really like the feature of the rubber bumper and the 360 degree spinning connection to the pole. We used our last 9" sander more for sanding paint than drywall, so we will make better use of the bumpers in our projects. The extension pole included here is very lightweight and thin-walled. I don't expect it to last very long, especially if you plan to use the whole length. There are 5 different sized grits that accompany the tool - one in each grit. The hook and loop material on the sanding head appears to be higher quality than I expected. Our last sanding head's velcro came unglued. This appears to be higher quality.Overall, the sanding head is very nice. The pole is very cheap. I will be using this head with a one piece painter's pole with a large extension.

Functional and easy to assemble, it comes with a 9 inch and diameter disk that uses velcro-like finish to attach the sanding disks. The kit comes with 5 different grits of sand paper, that are easily replaceable at your local hardware store. It is adjustable, as you can just remove a section of the pole to change the length, which can be extended up to 79 inches. I was happy with how the handle is sturdy and lightweight, great for using for long hours monotonously, with maximum support, and minimal fatigue.

This is a professional grade sander some assembly required, which is easy just put the pieces together. Comes with five Velcro sandpaper that’s easy to put on on. Sounds very well. Great for drywall great for hard spots well-made and sturdy.
