First impression out of the box was how well it was packaged for shipping, I will store it in the original foam packaging on a shelf in the closet since I'll only be using it a few times a year. The handles on the sides are nice size and easy to grab with oven mits on. Also surprised by how light weight it is for such a substantial ceramic pan. It did appear bigger than what I thought I was getting, I bought it for lasagna but I did plan on using it for others casseroles and Mac n cheese but it's too big for that, you would have to double the recipe and I don't have a family of five.My first cook was lasagna, I usually start with 3 noodles on the bottom, this pan took 4 comfortably with room to spare and the noodles didn't quite reach the ends of the pan. That changes your recipe. I did 3 layers but this pan could of easily accommodate 4 layers or more.I usually cook lasagna for about an hour, this pan took an hour and 45 min. and probably could of gone a little longer.The pan cleaned up with a wipe of a wet paper towel and a quick rinse, very impressed.The three other recipes I made in this pan came out good, even though I turned the oven temp up by 10 degrees for the cook it still took longer than expected.Over all I'm glad I bought it, did I say that I love the handles.

Beware, this pan can crack. Third time using this pan it cracked while in a 325 degree oven, making a mess all over the oven floor. Very disappointing because I really liked the convenience of the handles and the look of it.

I was apprehensive at the beginning, but once I started to use my pan, I was so glad I bought it. Nothing has stuck on it so far. I’m very happy with my purchase. As a Bonus, the pan is beautiful.

Excellent dish. Love the size, easy grab handles and non-slip base. Comes in a very slim line box with machined foam padding to exact shape of dish and I still keep it in this; prevents my pots and pans from knocking it around in the cupboard, guess what happened to the dish this replaced. On a more practical use, it's the exact size as the pre-rolled pastry you buy at the supermarket, so using it as a large pie dish is super easy.

This is a beautiful yet very functional baking dish. I've had an aluminum pan I've used and finally said enough. It was functional but not practical to serve in. So I searched and this one is just perfect! The handles make it top rated for me. I love this easy to clean dish and it's beautiful enough for any table!
