This worked perfectly for my Saturn Sky as I replaced the transmission fluid, pan gasket, and transmission filter.Edit 01/2023: These are great OEM gaskets at an awesome price, however....Amazon inexplicably ships them in a bag with no protection, which causes this thin aluminum gasket to arrive bent, deformed, and damaged. I ordered 2 more and returned 1 that was mangled and damaged to the point where it is just trash...all due to incompetent packaging (you might as well package a glass item with a little plain bag as well, what do you think will happen during shipping Einstein? 🤔). The other gasket came in damaged as well from the incompetent Amazon shipping choice of a bag instead of a box but I kept it because it wasn't bent too badly (hopefully it wont cause a leak when I use it). BUYER BEWARE!

This fits my 2004 BMW 330i ZHP perfectly.My BMW has the GM transmission from the factory, but Amazon doesn't reference the part number as matching for some silly reason.The original one was EXACTLY the same as this one. Completely satisfied.

Transmission pan on my '06 CTS (3.6) is sealed tight and dry, no leaks. Excellent gasket.
