- Q: How do you change dip pins on remote for learning mode?
A: The production setup of this remote control kit is already configured and can be used directly. If it does not work, please use the learn button to re-match.
- Q: Can this ceiling fan remote work with an LED bulb?
A: Yes, can work well with LED bulbs and also incandescent.
- Q: The fan speed is slower even at High?
A: If your fan has pull chains or a wall switch, please make sure the SPEED is at Maximum and the Light is at "ON".Then you can use the remote to turn on/off the light. And the Speed will be turned back to normal now.

We moved into a house with a lot of older Hunter fans in them and the one in the living room doesn't have any pull chains or manual switches to operate the fan or the lights, so it was completely useless as it was. I got this because it's supposed to be a replacement for Hunter fans though I could've gotten any module/remote set and done the same. The reason I got this was in the faint hope the remote would work with the existing module, thus saving me the trouble of replacing it, but sadly it did not.Once I had the module in place and purchased a battery for the remote it worked fine, but I've knocked 2 stars off for what I consider 2 very good reasons:1) In this day when nearly everyone includes batteries, the seller didn't include a CR2032 battery for the remote! That's ridiculous and not many people I know just have those types of batteries lying around. Had it used AAA batteries I could've had it up and running right away, but instead I had to drive quite a ways to a store that sold this type of battery.2) It's EXPENSIVE compared to other similar remote/module combos out there and I don't see why it's so pricey. For what they charge they could've included the battery needed, but instead it was a huge inconvenience and an extra day before I could acquire a battery to get it working.It' works fine now, but I wouldn't buy this again. Save yourself some money and buy a less expensive set.

My remote and wireless unit failed to operate on my Hunter Ceiling Fan so I purchased and replaced it with this kit from UBORSY. I liked the look of the remote control, very simple with fan and light control options.Unfortunately it does not come with the button battery CR 2032 so you need to supply that.Installing and operating is great so my only issues are the price- no reason for this to be priced at $40 when other options are below $25.Deducting a star for the high price, so if the price drops below $30, I would recommend this kit.

This remote is a glossy white and very compact and the buttons are smooth and nice too. It does NOT come with the necessary button battery (DL/CR 2032), so you will need to go ahead and get one if you order. It is an easy install. We replaced a remote that had stopped working and its module on a 13 year old Hunter fan with a 12 inch down-rod. It does come with a wall-mountable holster. This remote DOES have dimming that works with our LED bulbs. The only downside is that the dimming is very slow. You must be patient, press and hold the button, and wait. Eventually, you will reach the brightness you need. This doesn’t bother me much, but it really bothered my husband. A star is removed for lack of battery and slow dimming.

This remote is well-made and functions as promised. The hand held control is slim and the remote unit that goes in the ceiling fan should fit most models but a little larger than others I’ve seen. This should be priced more competitively as it has a lot of competition and it should include the battery needed for the unit, which is a button style battery that is not included.

Added this ceiling fan receiver with remote to my Hunter 42”. It was a tight fit to get the receiver box into the fan mounting bracket and ceiling cutout. Patience and care when pushing up the wires paid off. We also added electrical tape around the wire nuts as an extra precaution.The pairing between the remote and receiver was already done.. Light dimming works well. Highly recommend this product.
