How to Turn on the buzzer
Within 5s after power-on, long press the "8H" button, wait for the controller to "drop" twice, the buzzer turns on, and switch to the non-silent state.
How to Turn off the buzzer
Within 5s of power-on, long press the "8H" button, wait for the controller to "drop" 3 times, the buzzer is turned off, and switch to the mute state.

Easy to install and works with almost any ceiling fan so far as i can tell. Simple instructions and a DIY person can install it in 10 minutes. Great buy for the price.

Decent basic remote control kit. Pretty easy to set up though it was a little bigger than expected and was a tight fit (but was able to make it work).The optional beep (press 8h and hold to turn on/off) is a good idea for those like me that don’t want to hear the beep! It works well so far.

I was excited to install a remote control on the fan in my room so I can just flip the light on in the middle of the night with the remote. I read some reviews on this particular model and realized it is quite large and might be a tight fit as someone else had that issue. Upon installation I did notice it was very tight but I was able to make it work. I flipped the light switch to test it out and beep. Every time I turn the light switch on it goes beep every time I turn the light switch off it goes beep.... Doesn't sound good to me. I have several fans with remotes and not one of them makes any noise like this. I'm a little apprehensive on how long this will last but fingers crossed it lasts a while. I don't think I will buy one of these cheaper models next time, I'll most likely splurge and buy a name brand remote kit for the quality and peace of mind.

Happy to recommend this Ceiling Fan Remote Control Kit from the Bkiyougo Store. I like how easy this was to install, taking less than 20 minutes. The diagram shown on the receiver is spot on to what was available on my existing ceiling fan/light combo. The buttons on the controller are intuitive to use. It's size is easy to hold on to. The optional "beep" is a nice plus. Competitively priced!

My mistake to get this. I must have had multiple tabs open and hit the wrong thing to purchase. I was looking for a universal remote for my no-name ceiling fan. This is not a universal remote.It appears to have whatever parts are necessary for the job, however, and nothing truly wrong with it. It arrived in good condition.

Remotes like this I've had do not last too long, and I've not found any discernible difference between the ones I've died quick and this one. The soldering seems to be cheap, but the device itself is cheap so perhaps it is what I pay for

I was looking forward to this as a cheap way to make my fan wireless - I had installed a similar kit from a different brand on another fan and was delighted. I was disappointed when I actually started to install this, as a series of design flaws made it unusable. It may actually work - but I never could find out. The problems:1) The wire nuts are very tiny and low quality. When i installed them, the plastic cap twisted off of the metal "inside", and they literally came apart, and then i couldn't untwist them. Terrible design, and a bad place to cheap out. Fortunately, I have a handful of wire nuts I could use to continue the install. Then I got to the real problem:2) The actual unit doesn't fit! I realized that most of these are actually "slim" in the middle so they can fit above the fan near the outlet box. This one is a very thick rectangle that is physically impossible to fit in my fan - which is just a standard hampton breeze unit from home depot.In the end, I'm disappointed as I couldn't make this work, and as it's packaged, it is not a quality kit. I'm being generous with 2 stars - as maybe there is a type of fan mount that this fits under and then it would work ok - but I will never know.
