I have used many ab rollers over the years. I've even used homemade ones. This is certainly the nicest I've ever used, be it homemade, store bought, or professional equipment. The rebound feature is really nice, however, it would be nice if there was a way to choose if it was on or off.The single wheel is wide and stable. The elbow rests are comfortable. The provided knee pad is a little small for some people. It's just wide enough for me. It is comfortable and nice addition to the set. The jump rope is a standard jump rope.Because of the elbow rest and rebound, this doesn't give you quite the expert level workout that a free-spinning wheel with handles will give you. That makes this great for beginners. Not only do you not have to hold yourself up with fully extended arms, you also have the rebound for assisting back into the start position. Think of it like using an elastic band to help you do pull-ups. This is a stepping stone to get you to the muscles you want.This does come disassembled. You have to put the elbow rests and grab bar on. It's just 4 screws and they give you the screw driver. Takes just a minute.

This is the first ab roller I have ever used, so I can't compare it to other products. That being said, I really like this a lot. It was just a few pieces that needed to be assembled. This works really well. It rolls out nice and smooth and will only let you return to your starting point when you roll back. You can pretty much instantly feel this working. I honestly haven't been one to exercise much in my life and my job basically kept me in shape but now that I am getting older I'm trying to find ways to help strengthen the core of my body for better balance. I am using this daily in the morning and it's a nice quick simple routine that doesn't take a lot of space, or much setting up and is quiet so I don't wake everyone up. This feels like a premium product, and I don't see any part of it that should easily break. I am very happy with this, and it is a good value for what you get.

I wasn't sure about the spring aid in the wheel. I thought that it would take away from the results. I was wrong. I still get the burn and the after effect of muscle ache the day after. I like this thing.

Much easier to balance and keep the correct posture and frame while doing the workout. Most who use an ab wheel are not actually using it with the correct posture. This makes it almost impossible not to. Great ab wheel!

This is one of the best ab rollers I’ve seen and tried. Well constructed, easy to put together and fun to use. Feels secure and stable when rolling and is a fun way to exercise your core. Very pleased!
