Stopped working one month after purchasing. Just outside of return window. The app said it can't detect the battery. Then the next day it says the battery is too low to charge.Edit: it started working again after I kept the Roomba off of the charger until it ran out of battery and then put it back on its base.

On a full charge, this battery delivered 2h 50 min of runtime on my roomba i8+. My original battery when new (2400mAh) could do about 90 min. The advertised capacity of this battery seems to be accurate. This cannot be said of other roomba replacement batteries unfortunately. Highly recommend it as a replacement.

I am beyond impressed with this replacement battery for my Roomba! Right out of the box, it fit perfectly into my Roomba, with no issues during installation. The build quality feels solid, and it’s clear that this battery is made to last.The real standout feature, though, is the incredible capacity. With my old OEM battery, I had to recharge my Roomba up to three times to complete a full cleaning session in my home. But with this new battery, I can now get the entire job done on a single charge. That’s a huge improvement and a massive time-saver!I’ll admit, the initial charge did take a bit longer than expected, but that’s completely understandable for a new battery. Once it was fully charged, though, everything worked seamlessly, and I’ve had no issues since. My Roomba now runs longer and performs better than ever before.This battery has truly breathed new life into my Roomba, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re looking to extend the runtime of your Roomba and reduce the hassle of constant recharging, this is hands down the best solution. I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend it to anyone needing a replacement or upgrade.

I reserve the right to update this review should the battery not last long enough, but as of now it's been great! It's definitely twice the size of the original one, but there's plenty of room to fit. It took it quite a while to do its initial charge which is expected. The original battery in my j7+ was (about 2 years old) only lasting maybe 40 minutes before it had to recharge, so I wasn't even getting a full cleaning out of a battery anymore. After letting this thing charge up overnight, I ran it until it died and it gave me 3 hours of run time!.

This product fits nicely in my Roomba i6+. It came with written instructions on how to get to the battery compartment and provided a Phillips Head screwdriver too to aide in this process.As with all the newer battery technology, I made sure the battery got a chance to charge overnight before using it. The battery appeared to be fully charged, but I still waited 24hrs before letting the cleaning beast loose on my floors.The increased capabilities of the battery was evident on the first run after installation. Usually the machine has to return to base and refresh its charge state at least once (often twice) before it can complete the whole house. With this battery installed, the unit completed the task and seemed to have about a quarter of its charge still available. Plus, the overall cleaning/run time was improved since there wasn't any need to recharge.I can't comment on the longevity of this battery at this time, but I will update this rating if I feel it fell short of a reasonable lifespan.I would definitely recommend this battery upgrade.

This replaced the original battery in my Rooba i8+ (Costco 'branded' version of the i7+), which after a couple of years was failing to charge. The Lcenerga ABL-F is obviously larger than the original, but fit perfectly in the battery compartment. It came 'uncharged', but fully charged in an hour or so. It ran perfectly well on its first run; I'll report back in a few months to confirm whether all is still well ;-)

First off, super excited to find this battery which is the battery that iRobot puts in the i8/j8 series (Sold at Costco) at 4400mah capacity. Unfortunately you cannot buy this battery from iRobot directly. The i7/j7 come with a battery that is about 2300mah. Since opening, battery fits snug and correctly in my j7+ (non combo). I’ve only done a mapping run, which took about 20ish minutes to complete, and the battery level hardly looks like is was affected. (Which I would expect for a battery twice the size of OEM). I’ve not had any errors. What I did was factory reset the j7 before replacing the battery, putting the battery in, then factory resetting it again. It promptly turned on and was paired up! Took several hours to charge up the battery (as expected due to the size of the battery). After running for 1 hour and 35 mins, the battery looks to be somewhere between 50-60%. Certainly lasts ~2x as long as the original battery.Will update as needed.
