I used this for my old DV camera, a Canon ZR850. It works well! Now I don’t have to keep switching the old batteries that don’t last long while transferring my tapes!

It worked when plugged into camera,when taking it out of camera tip stayed inside left holding plug in hand.Was able to reconnect and carefully remove tip from unit.It has happened twice so far. Questionable for future use.

It works great on my canon camera. The cord is very long. So the product did have a issue for me. One time i had the camera plugged it and pulled the camera off the cord. The tip of the cord that plugs into the camera came off the cord! Lucky i just had to put the cord head back on. Looks like it coulda broke if im not careful with it. So i dunno, kinda cheap but works perfect.
