The STOPOUT StopPlug Plug Lockout by Accuform prevents unauthorized, accidental plug-in of a power cord leading to equipment and machinery. Simply insert the electrical cord through the side opening of the StopPlug, line up the lockhole tabs, and secure with padlock (sold separately). "DANGER" label on device provides space to write-in pertinent lockout information.

This is the greatest..bigger and stronger then what i thought..I am so freaking happy to lock my adult child out of my dryer. Drying clothes that r dried for no freaking reasonHours shes drying nothing locked her out the washer. Took me months to find this. Can't wait..just gotta by the padlock..its heaven..lol. she gonna be mad. Lol

Make sure you properly evaluate your requirements.- It is quite large, 6" long, 3" wide.- note waterproof at all- the opening on one site is 1", the other is 1/2"

Looks and functions exactly as described. It won't survive a sledge hammer, but you should not expect it to. But to keep someone from walking by and unplugging your stuff, it should work great.

The hinge is very poorly made. I rarely opened it up, but after less than a year of use, the hinge cracked in two. The idea is a good one, but the quality of the product is poor. I would not buy it again.

Great Lock-out Tag-out box. Not too large for either regular extension cords and one end has a larger diameter hole for larger cords. Good product.

The plug lockout serves its purpose. The view with the padlock clasp is shown. What is not shown is that there are no hinges on the backside, just a plastic crease where the lockout pivots. I am guessing that eventually, it will wear out. It is quite a bit cheaper than the ones with a hinge.
