These are a perfect fit and match for my 2016 Yukon SLT (NON-mag ride). My existing factory air shocks (part of the trailering package leveling system) were rusted and leaking air, and the pump was constantly coming on. The part number on the label of my shocks was 84082044, but researching online I found the replacement that works is this kit of 540-1721. These new ones were identical to the original and fit right in. Once installed and connected to the air hoses, I turned on the truck and the air pump kicked on briefly to fill the shocks. Everything works! Very happy with the new ones.

My 2018 Chevy Tahoe with towing package and auto leveling system was having an issue with the compressor running more often than usual. Even without an extra load the compressor would run about every 10 minutes for about 10 seconds or so. Suspected a leak and with spraying soapy water on the shock absorbers found one of them to be leaking where the rubber bladder connects to the shock. Decided to order two of these and replace the pair. Only took about an hour for me to replace them. Dealer price was about 40% higher than these on Amazon. They are genuine GM replacements. Extremely happy with this purchase!

These are OEM replacement for the tow package. Fit perfect and were easy to install. They auto level whether you are towing or not. These were $100 cheaper than what the dealer quoted me.

I got these for my 2015 suburban LS, they are not the original part number but they are the exact same dimensions and it works for a lot cheaper price, I’m curious the difference, and the difference in the 1723 does anyone have a answer?
