I have a 99 Suburban with the upgraded 140 amp alternator so this is the bigger belt needed.

This belt is two ribs and about 18” too short to fit my stock 1996 GMC Sierra 2500. Not sure why it is described to fit.

Had to purchase this OEM belt as I was upgrading my alternator from a 100 amp to a 140 amp OEM alternator as it requires a slightly longer belt for my 1997 GMC K1500 5.7L.

Fits my 98-99 GMC Yukon Denali 5.7 with AC and 140 amp alternator. Super tight fit though but I didn't find anything bigger. I guess it's just supposed to be that right. Really hard to get on the pulley.

Seems like a quality belt. About 5000 miles on it so far. Only complaint is a constant squeak, but it is on a dodge van

Been suffering from a slipping alternator for years, so I had to change the water pump decided to get this belt. Well guess what, my old belt was apparently glazed and hard and had no traction. This belt fixed the slipping problem completely. I know, I am against changing belts because the serpentines last forever. But, it wasn't squealing or squeaking, wasn't smoking, it's on a plow truck and the plow lift motor would kill the battery to the point truck would stall, and obviously not restart. this belt has so much traction I don't have stalling or restarting problems anymore.

Upgraded my alternator from stock 94 gmc to stock for a 97 gmc. ( cs 130 to cs 144 ) Needed the factory spec. belt for 97 to complete the mod. Fit perfect with tensioner pully right where it should be. Here it is 3 weeks & less than 300 km later & the belt has stretched through a full half of the indicators travel, will have to keep an eye on it. Probably have to buy a different brand. I just love wasting money.
