Great to have for those times when your batteries are dead and you are close enough to a power outlet to use it. You need to figure out how to take off the battery cover on your camera to insert this.

I have a brand new T100 and this is the 3 power adapter I’ve tried and none of them work. Is there a setting I need to use on the camera to make this work? Help…….

I'm very happy to have found this battery eliminator for my Canon camera. The camera has the ability to be used for live streaming but to do that function it needs to be powered from an AC outlet as the batteries would run down too quickly in a constant streaming mode. This adapter fits well in the battery compartment and it provides the power the camera needs on a continuous basis thus fulfilling it's designed purpose. If you have need of continuous, reliable power to your applicable Canon camera this adapter will doo very well for you.

Works for T100. Battery door won’t close so you have to find a way to bypass the door latch. Other than that, works as stated.
